RE: Thank you!
Perhaps you did and I didn't realize that you had transferred. I am rather new to this site and am still getting the "hang" of things. Anyway, thank you so much for all you do :)

Thank you!
Bridget,
Thank you so much for the pictures of my grandmother and grandfather's grave Irma and Carlos McCarter. I have not been back to that area for over 30 years and it was nice to be able to see the headstone. I have added a photo of her on the site and the baby she is holding is me. Would you consider turning this over to me so that I may add links to other family members?
Thank you
Deborah West daughter of Janet R. McCarter (West)

Good Morning Bridget,

Yes, I use the FamilySearch.org site. We are so fortunate in Michigan that so many of our birth, death and marriage records are available digitally on that site. I can't even tell you how much that site has revolutionized my research from home!

Have a wonderful weekend.

Best Regards,

Mike Cronk

RE: RAOGK

Hello Bridget,

Thank you for the information on RAOGK. You're the second person to mention that organization to me recently.

When I went exploring, I found out that the RAOGK website has been down since October, and will be down indefinitely due to the health of the administrator and computer problems ("harddrive turning to toast").

Moss Burials - Davison Cemetery
Hello Bridget,

You have created 'Find A Grave' memorials for 4 of my Moss family relatives at Davison Cemetery, plus have taken photos of their gravestones. For that I am grateful. Thank you very much!

Would you please consider tranferring these memorials to my care? I have been doing a lot of work on this family and would like to add additional information to their memorials. The family members in question are:

EDITH R. (SEELYE) MOSS, #36442390

MAILA (MOSS) POPPLEWELL, #36442154
HOWARD C. POPPLEWELL (husband of Maila), #36442090

HELEN A. MOSS, #36442236

I have tried going thru the 'Edit' tab and 'Suggest a Correction' in the past, but have had no responses. That is why I'm now posting this request on your public page.

If you are concerned that I won't take good care of these memorials, please refer to the memorial of CHARLES STEWART MOSS, the husband of Edith and father of Maila and Helen, as an example of what I am trying to do.

I want to thank Bridget Slade and Bob Wall for all the hard work in going out to Davison Cemetery and photographing all the tombstones of my ancestors. Until, I went into "Find A Grave.com" I didn't realise how many relatives were buried in Davison Cemetery.
