Hello, Debbie,

Would you be able to photograph the headstone for S.A. Scott and Mary (May) Elizabeth Scott in Sturdevant Cemetery? Mary was my g-g-aunt. I see that you have Sniders in your family. Could they be related to ours?

Regarding Laurel Land, my aunt and uncle are in the mausoleum. i've written to them to ask for a picture but haven't heard back. if I can get the location i'll let you know. I'd love pictures of their plaques.

Happy diggin'
Nancy Protzman

William E Butler
Hi...I found his gravestone at Wildwood and have added the photo to his findagrave entry: #16369164. However, his death date is listed differently on his gravestone. Would you make the correction, if that date is indeed correct? Thanks.

Thank You!
I want to thank you for adding photos on my findagrave memorials for Wiley Clayton and Mary Ellen (Riddle) Mosier at Restland in Dallas. Mary Ellen was my grandfather's sister. I have since added a photo of them, and created a link to Mary Ellen's parents, including photos. Your photos, my photos, and the Family Links make the memorials all that much more meaningful.
Thanks again!
Dave Jones

N. T. Houx
The photo of the headstone you posted on the memorial for N. T Houx #6370639 needs to be moved to the memorial for Mary Houx #6370640. The person who listed #6370639 misinterpreted the visible information on the headstone. The headstone is not for N. T., it is for his wife. Her name was where the damaged section is.

Hi, I am trying to build my nieces genealogical tree but I am not sure about the ancestry of her g-grandparents Joseph M Chirico (b 1907) and Ida Papura Chirico (B 1894). I noticed that you have a relation and would appreciate if you have any info on the parents of this couple. I would appreciate any info. thanks

Toni Turk
Sturdivant Cemetery
I have been working with the Sturdivant Cemetery Association on the presentation of this cemetery at find-a-grave. The goal is to include burial plot descriptors, data sources, and links to other burials - for each burial. To ensure that this was accomplished, duplicates have been created for approximately 75 burials. The intent is now to delete the duplicates after working with the other submitters. This can be accomplished in one of three ways. (1) Files can be transferred to me for my management and I will retain the original submitter information in place and delete the duplicate file I created. (2) Duplicate files can simply be deleted by the original submitter. (3) I can delete the duplicate files I created after the new data has been copied by the original submitter into their own files, who retain management of their creations.

You are a contributor for Sturdivant Cemetery in Palo Pinto Co., TX, at find-a-grave. Your assistance in this process is important and will be greatly appreciated. If you would like I can detail the files in question. Thanks!

Hi Debbie,

I filled your photo request for James R Kastner and found in doing so that he is burried with his wife Patricia. I have also added her stone to her site as well. I hope you like the pictures. Have a great day.

Brent Gillespie
Ebenezer Cemetery
You are welcome & It was my pleasure. It is one of the oldest cemeteries I have worked in that is still well kept. all the Sniders I found are in one row except Edgar & Newton. I found an extra Martin Snider with only a birth month, the stone was broken & some of the pieces missing. I added him to find-a-grave with a photo of the stone. If you ever are this way & go there get good directions!! It is not no the main road but off about 1/4 mile down a driveway.

Eva Bazzlay, Bazz;ey or Beasley
Thank you SO MUCH for finding G. W. Bazzlay. You do not know what a help it has been for me. Find A Grave stated that there should be an Eva J. Bazzley or Beasley 1843-1900. The was a note saying it was hard to read. Thank you again for G. W. -- I very much appreciate your effort!

Bazzley or Bazzlay graves
Thank you Debbie so much for your help. I don't have information for these graves. I only stumbled upon their record on the Find A Grave site. This is the couple that I suspect are parents to my gr-gr-grandmother. I grew up in the Plano area, but now live in Maryland. All of my ancestors were Collin and Dallas county pioneers, taking wagon trains just before and after the Civil War. It turns out that the Mount Calvary Cemetery is not far from where the old home place used to be. Of course, it is all developed now.

If you can find these graves, I would very, very much appreciate it. Also, if you find any other inscriptions on the stones, I would be very grateful for that info, too. It would also be very useful for me to know who is interred in plots near the Bazzley couple. I am looking for Bazzlay, Meason, and Land. Bazzlay could easily be mistaken for Beasley, especially if the stones are very worn, which I suspect they are.

I would love to see these in person, if I could. You have no idea how much I appreciate your effort! Thank you -- Mary

Brent Priddy
Gravesite for Bonita Medford
I just thought I'd let you know that I have tried to locate this marker without any luck. I did some more investigating and found that she and her 7 year old son were murdered by her husband(Jack). He is buried in Western Heights. I haven't found a marker for him either, but Western Heights is in really bad shape and I just have missed it.

I notified the person posting the request, but I guess they decided to leave it up. I'm wondering because the death was so sudden and unexpected if a marker was never laid.

If you locate it or the other 2 for Mount Calvary let me know. I wasn't able to find those either, but that doesn't mean they are not there.
