Thank you for the correct burial info on Clara. I did not delete my memorial because the minute I do that, someone else will throw another one up in that cemetery because they will not know her real burial site. Therefore I updated the memorial directing people to the true memorial. Thank you

Eisenbarger's & Me
lol...Hi, Rachel! That biography keeps morphing into something new all the time! Thanks for the thumbs up!

The Eisenbarger's are "married in" to my Allen & Travis Tree via Vada Violet Eisenbarger who married Leland Gay Riley. Mr. Riley's parents were Charles Lewis Riley and Iona Ann Travis, and that makes him my 4th cousin 2X removed. Iona's father was George W. Travis, whose father was William Allen Travis, whose parents were Beverly Travis and Lydia Allen. Lydia was the sister of Hiram McGinnis Allen who is my 4th Great Grandfather.

I was thinking to myself "I didn't place any Eisenbarger family photos. If I did, where on Earth did I hide them?" ohhh....I see.

I had gone out to Harrison County Missouri about three Summers ago, maybe four. Beautiful, beautiful country with Amish in their buggies. And HOT and HUMID! This old fat woman thought she was going to die! I trooped up hill and dale taking photos at the various cemeteries. I was particularly interested in the Allen Family Cemetery, but I love this stuff, so all of them were good. I managed to get about 1/3 of the Eagleville Masonic Union Cemetery photographed before I ran out of time and ice water. I confess. I copped out. I did make friends at the Harrison County Genealogical Society, and they helped me with a boatload of family history, all of which is on Ancestry.com. I believe in sharing. I love those folks! They are absolutely fabulous! SOMEBODY, however, who is used to that weather, needs to troop over hill and dale and take photos of all those headstones. They have easily 50+ little cemeteries in that county!

So, that's how I'm related to the Eisenbargers! We're 4th cousins 2X removed!

;D

Rachel,
I am fairly certain the John Finlay memorial stone
says "Fermanagh" which is sparsely populated county in northern Ireland.

RE: Catherine Burgess
Happy to help. I'm sure you have this, but found Gracie listed in the daily deaths on Jan 7, 1914, and her address was 2535 17th av S. Sure sounds like a burial that was later moved but the facts don't seem to bear that out. Any local papers you know of?

Rachel,

Thank you for you looking into Weldon Wilson's burial location in Oak Hill Cemetery. I had requested a photo and incorrectly assumed his plot had a marker of some kind.

Henry Keller
Hi Rachel!

While digging through old books, I came across "Ohio Early State and Local History", prepared and published by the Dolly Todd Madison Chapter of DAR, 1915. On page 237, there's a paragraph that reads: "Frederick Keller, with his three sons, Henry, Frederick, and Christopher, came from Germany and settled in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania. All of the sons served in the Revolution. Henry was a private in Captain George Hudson's Company, Lancaster county Militia in 1775. On April 6, 1784, he married Catherine Seitz, whose parents came from Germany in 1765. In 1808, they emigrated with their entire family to Fairfield county, Ohio. where they lived until their death."

Has any of your research tied-into a "Frederick" Keller as Henry's dad? All my other pursuits have been dead ends (no pun intended, of course.)

Thank you for all your research and hard work!
