|Debbie Hodge||RE: Charles Wood|
Thank you for the info. I will check everything you have suggested. I really believe Ada died after 1937 because she is listed as survivor in my great-grandmother's obituary. Her sister was Sarah Eagle Shack and she died in 1939. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this. I do want to get a death record for Aunt Ada so thanks for all your good advice!

|Debbie Hodge||Charles Wood|
Thank you so much for the photo of Charles Wood's grave marker. His wife Adelaide Eagle was my grandmother's aunt. I've been trying to find her death date. I know she died after 1948 when her sister Ella died. Adelaide was listed as the informant on her death record.

|Jack Sheldon Jr||Woodmansee, Thomas & Sibel|
How exciting it is to find Thomas Woodmansee and his wife Sibel Bedon in the Fish Cemetery! While I have searched for their names here before without luck, I was at first viewing the profiles of my ggg-grandparents Wheelar & Jane (Conkright) Sherman also in Fish Cemetery.
According to other Woodmansee researchers:
Thomas b. 15 Dec 1775, d. 11 Sep 1848
Sibel b. 20 Jan 1773, d. 03 Dec 1843
I have followed this family for over 11 years, while their son Bradley B. Woodmansee m. Syphina Maria Sheldon, elder sister to my gg-grandfather David F. Sheldon. Bradley & Sylphina settled in Lorain County, Ohio. In my research, I have found and met living descendants, traced one of their children Benjamin T (most likely for Thomas) Woodmansee -- first names of both grandfathers -- to Michigan, have viewed and photographed a family Bible, and have seen many of their family headstones.
If you check my profile here, and click on my managed profiles, you'll find that of their grandson, Benjamin T Woodmansee with a photograph of my son Jack III at Benjamin's headstone. Benjamin was the only child of Bradley's and Sylphina's three who had children.
If you would be so kind as to change the last name to read "man" it will be beneficial to so many people here at Find-a-Grave and to those of us also using Ancestry.com, and we would be forever thankful.

|Sharen A. Durler-Pflughoeft||Fish Cemetery: W.E. and Samantha Thomas|
Dodi...thanks so much for the quick turnaround on the Military Marker for W.E. Thomas..and thanks especially for walking the cemetery to try to find Samantha. I have sent a request to the Memorial owner of Samantha to put a note on the memorial that a stone does not exist...hopefully that will eliminate future requests for photo's. Again, appreciate your dedication...it sure helps to have such great volunteers!!! Happy New Year to you. I'm looking forward to spring too so I can get out and roam in the cemeteries also.

|Desert Wind||Thomas Search gravestone|
Hi Dodi---Thank you so much for providing the photo you took a few years ago of the gravestone for Thomas Search who was my great X4 grandfather. It saddens me greatly that the stone has been destroyed by vandals. I am very thankful that volunteers like you were able to document the gravestones before this happened. Bless you--Laurel Indalecio
