Guidelines
In regard to the naming conventions, I looked at the FAQ's and like you could not find any information. The part about adding the full name is in reference to initials. Not the case here. There have been several threads in the 'Discussion Forums' in reference to the name on the memorial. They usually state to put the name as it appears on the grave marker in order to prevent duplicates. I did add your information in the bio.

You have posed an interesting slant on the naming conventions that Find A Grave wants. Maybe I'll ask an admin so as to clarify.

I apologize for the correction I submitted to you. I assumed since the headstone said Moses, that was his first name. Sorry.

hi, I'm sorry wasn't suggesting you get rid of yours .. was letting you know there are two. Since yours was newer, I thought you'd want to know. :)

Washer, Schlass , Belle
In researching the Schlass name, I found a double listing for this particular person. Find A Grave Memorial# 82906001

and the older one:Find A Grave Memorial# 81321076

Might be a good idea to combine these.

Burkett Cemetery
The headstone photo for Oscar and Edna Gould shows Edna's name as Edna E. She was born Neff, to Isaac Henry and Loutisha Johnson. The 'E' stands for Edith.

Thank you so much. Are there others in the Eutaw Cemetery that you created? Are you related to any of the early settlers of Eutaw or Kosse? Thanks again, Craig Kilstrom.

RE: Family Links
I did discover how to do that the easy way. Thanks for making the links anyway. If you'd like to turn hers over to me to maintain, I'd be glad to. She and her husband had no children. They raised my brother and I am her grand-nephew. Thanks again.

RE: Carver Cemetery Dallas
Thank you for your prompt response. Since you are in the area I'll ask another question. Find-a-Grave has a different Carver Cemetery out of Ferris in Ellis County, with maybe 120 memorials. Some are the same as the ones in Carver Cemetery, Wilmer, Dallas County so I assume it is the same cemetery, the Ellis County one added by mistake. I've emailed Find-a-Grave but it may take months for them to straighten out the mess. So the question - do you think there are 2 different Carver Cemeteries within 5-10 miles of each other?

Happy & Healthy New Year to you and your family
david

RE: Elroy Friedrich
I just got back from the cemetery. I was not able to find a marker for Nancy. I checked for the other 8 names and found 1 for sure and possibly a 2nd one. The name is similar and the dates are the same but not 100% sure.

There are many cemeteries in Bastrop County so Nancy could be buried just about anywhere. Sorry I couldn't help.

RE: Elroy Friedrich
Hi, I took the picture yesterday and it took me a while to find. It is towards the N end and next to the fence facing the street.

I can't remember if there were any other markers for Friedrich, but if you give me the names you're looking for I'll go by soon. The cemetery is just down the road from me.

Novelia Worth Toney
Hi. If you would like to add Novelia Worth Toney's mother to his site in the Thornton Cemetery, her number is 5613586. You might add in the bio that she was Lucy Elizabeth Andrews who first married William Washington Toney who was killed in the Civil War. She later married John J. Goodin. Thanks, Ben Toney
