RE: Henry & Nicie Pruitt Johnson
Unfortunately, there are no digital copies of the actual images of the documents that are available for free at the moment. I pulled the information from the transcribed records, which are available online for free. Here are the links, and please feel free to add her obituary via "adding a photo" to her memorial, if you would like to. I know some contributors don't want people to do this, but I don't mind at all. :)
Nicie's DC:
Henry's DC:
(note his mother is listed as Mary Jane, but this is wrong.)
Please don't hesitate to ask for anything else. I try to document everything I can, and I do have some death certificates, (the actual images) for some individuals, but for these, I do not. :)

RE: Cyphers in Graceland
It is not a forgotten area, but the cemetery is trying out a section using native species. It was pretty while blooming, but totally obscures any grave markers. Finding these was difficult, but satisfying. The cemetery office staff were a big help. Contact them to find out if there are other family members in Graceland. This section has individual graves as opposed to famuly plots. Any other family, if there, would probably be located in a different section of Graceland. Regards, Bob Lerch

RE: Anna Manuel
Hello, I did this cemetery by trying to take photos of all stones, but this cemetery really needs a cleaning, the trees and brush are so thick. Stone next to the Manuel is a Hershberger. This was the only Manuel I had found. Tomake sure on this cemetery, I went to local Historical Society and checked for burials and that was the only one listed on their records. Sorry, maybe some where not marked or check other cemeteries that are local to this one. Do you know if any more died in the area of Ephrata,Pa.? Thanks for email and will keep an eye out for your Manuel's Harry

William Huckeba
Hi Todd, you created memorial for my 3rd great grandparents William and Sarah Brown Huckeba in the Old Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery that is currently located behind Calvary Temple Church. I have visited the cemetery and am aware that their graves do not have an inscribed headstone so their location in unknown.
I am interested in knowing what records or documents you used to establish that they were buried in this cemetery.
Thanks & Regards!

RE: McPherson/McMaster
So Eliza was Samuel's sister, right, Samuel being the oldest child, I think, born in Lancaster. Makes sense, thank you. Years ago my mother drew me a small map of the area around the McPherson farm. We knew that the house my uncle John Ferber lived in was built by the McPhersons (son John lived there with a couple unmarried sisters). It was locally called the Shaner house because of the family who lived in it when the McPhersons died off. Related somehow I know, but I can't recall how exactly due to my over-stuffed brain. My grandfather owned it for a time after the Shaners. Anyway, lower on the hill, toward Sharpsburg, was a section she labeled Dalzell. Makes sense that another daughter married into that family. My great-grandfather owned the very small farm opposite the McPherson acreage, bought around 1900 after he was severely injured in a farm accident and couldn't manage fields and livestock.

Wadsworth Genealogy Club Meeting
Hello! I just wanted to say thanks for helping with information on my family member yesterday. He was the one I thought might be a prison guard in Moundsville, WV. Hopefully I can make it to another meeting in the near future. I work all sorts of hours now that the holidays are approaching and it's high retail season!

You are welcome. I added a better shot of the Burdick stone to her memorial page on the website in case you hadn't seen it.

Ewings in Old St. Marys
Kelly, I did not find any Ewings at all at Old St. Mary's Church. There are a lot of McEwens. Most graves are surprisingly well preserved. I'll leave the photo requests up but unclaim them. By the way, they are not at Morningside Cemetery, the cemetery for the newer St. Mary's Episcopal Church, just across Route 23. Wish I could help more. Sandi

Photo req for Ambrose Wright
You have a photo request in for the Harrisburg Cemetery for an Ambrose Wright died in 1957.

I check the state death certificate list and he is listed as having died in Harrisburg on 28 Dec 1957 at age 80 cert# 110904, and is supposed to be buried in Shenk's Union Church in the town of Deodate, Conewago Township, Dauphin County.

EWING, Catharine and John
Hello Todd,
I was out at the Old St Mary's Church in Warwick Twp and was able to find three members of the Ewing family (and one Hagar member), but unfortunately I could not find Catharine or John. I did search nearby the children, but I did not see their markers. The cemetery appears neglected with the exception of evidence of the grass having being mowed at some point. Sad, even the church bell, near the front door, is sitting on the ground weathering in the elements. I added additional photos of the church, and will be available for viewing once they've been approved.

Sorry about the mistake. I added a picture of the GE Plant to his memorial and it went through the request. You`ll have to repost the marker request. I go out to Greenlawn quite a bit, but their office personnel are not very helpful. Try calling them at 260-432-3914 to get his location and post in the request or on his memorial and I will try to get a picture. Steve

I will check it out later this week. The only payment is that you do an act of Genealogical kindness for someone else.

Hi Todd. Sorry to say the picture I posted was the only stone around it. There was a name on the back of the stone "Parman" I also took a picture of that. Let me know if you would like it and I'll send it along

RE: Joseph Cyphers
I did not see a marker for his wife Margaret. I thought it would be on the back of Joseph's marker, as they sometimes are, but it was not and I didn't notice anything close by either. That does not mean there is nothing there, however. It is a fairly large cemetery with no directory so I pretty much walked the whole thing in search of your's and several other's requests. I will be checking again and hope to find her. I ran out of time when I was there and was in kind of a hurry so may have just missed seeing it. Wendy

Helen Virginia Beeler
Todd, I'm confused about Helen V. Beeler - you have her death 26 Feb 1986; an SSDI record has Helen Beeler's death as 15 Feb 1994; I think this may be her on f-a-g 26837678. Also, was she married to a Heare? Did she divorce him and take her maiden name back?
