Do you have a phone number of the cemetary?
Good afternoon Don;
RE;DIEGEL photos,
do you have the phone number of the cemetary? I could call and authorize you to open the mausoleum doors, I see that there are other photo requests for the same mausoleum.
I cannot find a number thru google or the yellow pages.
thank you for all your hard work
I bid you a good afternoon
Judy in MI.

It's too bad that there is no caretaker for the actual stones. Used to be that families would take care of the stones of their relatives, but now people live too far away to do so!

We usually use chalk which makes the lettering pop right out. I know some people use shaving cream, but that's kind of pricey, and I have never tried it. We generally stick to white chalk and have had great luck.

Don:

Thanks for the effort to go out to the cemetery and take these photos. I had given up hope of getting these, and am greatly appreciative of the time and labor to do it. I only have two other distant relatives in that cemetery, Andrew Kohler and his wife, Malinda Lee Kohler. If you run across either of them, I would love to have a photo. Again, many thanks to you!

Thanks so much for finding this stone. It is much appreciated. It looks like you had a beautiful day for rambling amongst the stones. Fun, isn't it!!

Rev. Charles Cummings
died in Roxbury, Cheshire County, NH dated Dec. 27th 1849 and was reported as 72y

I have put a call into the Cemetery Office as we hunted the Cemetery on Sunday and did NOT find the stonemarker. I will let you know if indeed we find it with written prints.

Wm Cummins
Hi Don,
I am trying to find information about a William Cummins born to ________ and Harriet (nee Irwin) Cummins about 1850 in Ohio. Cannot seem to find any information regarding the Cummins father. Was wondering if this Wm Cummins might be the right one....Was Harriet his mother's name?
Thanks.

You posted a tombstone photo for Harry Swink 1884-1956 which was a double tombstone with his wife Mary. I have posted a request for her tombstone photo if you would like to pick that up assuming you still have the photo for Harry. Thanks so much.

Anne Cummings
Hi

I added two photos on Anne's page. Her stone is the furthest one in photo #2. All are completely covered in lichen and little by little I am working on cleaning them. Once done I'll take my ladder & get a better photo of the inscription.

I took the photo you requested of John Cummings. He was burried next to his wife Portia and their infant daughter. I took pictures of those as well and posted them. In case you were interested. I hope they are what you were looking for.
