I'm just wondering where you got that Chief Big Bear photo?

I'm quite certain this will be a dead-end as I have come up against so many in my search for my great-great grandparents, but hoping perhaps there might be a grave marker for Manuel Teixeira at St. Mary's church in Hana. He died approx. 1898. If you find anything, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

|Sylvia Hertel||Rain in the Face|
You wrote a great memorial on Rain in the Face. You only made one major error - he is NOT buried at Aberdeen. Talk to LaDonna at the Standing Rock headquarters in Ft. Yates, N.D. She is the Hunkpapa historian, and can give you the true stories about him. She is also a direct descendant of one of his brothers.
Also, you can read the story from Rain in the Face himself, as told on his death bed, and written down by Charles A. Eastman. You can find it on several websites.
Another source is www.American-Tribes.com, look under Hunkpapa, which is also an excellent source on Rain in the Face.

|Kathryn Koos-Lee||Korean Cemetery in Hana|
One of the graves is my husband's great grandfather. He is not Soo, Young Lee. His last name was Lee, first name Young Soo. Koreans give their their last name first. We were just in Hana trying to clean the area around the grave. Can you change name on this website to Lee, Young Soo. It would be much appreciated. Also, there are other Japanese graves in this cemetery. Mahalo for taking the picture.

|Norman Warlord||Renaud de Chatillon|
bio is biased and historically inaccurate. You say Renaud de Chatillon came in Ist Crusade and was killed in July 4th 1187.
You said he came for adventure and treasure, thatís opinion and not a fact, what is a fact is that the 1st Crusade ended in Jerusalem in 1099 approximately three decades before your birthdate for the Price of Antioch Renaud d' Chatillon
Your opinion and knowledge is wanton in regards to history and this man who is my ancestor deserves better then the likes of you.

Memorial #8152298. The picture displayed on this page is actually of Darius *III*, who was defeated by Alexander the Great and died in 330 BC. I don't know of any purported portrait of Darius I.

|mrs erica||Arcadia Galiardo|
Im inquiring about Arcadia Galiardo, she's at Kahului Catholic Cemetery. By a chance do you know if there's an actual contact number for this cemetery or where or who I can contact regarding records. I'm trying to find out additional information they may have for Arcadia and if there's a church or church records to see if they may have a marriage record. Arcadia is my great grandmother that I'm trying to obtain a photograph or other records for her. I'm sending away for her death certificate to see if that can provide me with additional information. I would appreciate any assistance that you can give me.

I just wanted to let you know that the photo you posted on the above memorial for Edward of Middleham, son of King Richard III, is not that of Edward of Middleham, but of Edward, Prince of Wales, son of Henry VIII. It was painted around 1541-42, by Hans Holbein the Younger. See the following link:
http://www.abcgallery.com/H/holbein/holbein45.html. Other searches of google images will supply similar information.
Hope you don't mind this clarification. All the best.

Might you be the original "creator" of this cemetery listing? If so, can you "tweek" the coordinates a little, please. The marker on the map is in the water, a bit off shore.

I'm curious about the information about Chief Looking Glass's last day. (The Battle of Bearpaw)
My records show that he was shot and killed by a civilian scout.

I have receive photos from another contributor but the photographer does not allow uploading to ancestry.com. I have used your picture of the cemetery. Is that okay? I want some picture to show that I have researched the grave. Is it okay to use your cemetery picture and your memorial with your credit such as below?
I really thought it was okay to post a picture if the credit was included, but did not read the fine print.
If it is okay would you consider taking pictures that can be uploaded? Thanks for your efforts.
