|JoAnne Plog||correct contributor email|
Nevada Bob, Thank you VERY much for listing me as a contributor to Silver Peak Graveyard grave survey I did around 2000. Please correct my email address, however. I would love to be contacted if anyone has any questions I could answer; it looks like you have filled in all the gravesite information already, though. A little history of the graveyard should be added somewhere. I am amazed at the work that has been done in 15 years to list so many graves. I was just looking at my old notes. It was so enlightening to do that survey back then. I have other notes on other rural graveyards in northern Nevada and will later check to see if one in particular ("unnamed graveyard") has been listed, and the others that I visited.

|Dorothy Varnell||Alan Stuart Hart, brother of Clyde and Kenneth|
Thought I'd let you know I found Alan's wife Havilah May Collins and the son who predeceased them, Keith Wayne Hart, and sent the manager of their memorials the links to connect Alan with them, also filled out times and places of birth, etc. for them. And of course I flowered them :).
Thank you again!

|Dorothy Varnell||RE: Clyde & Kenneth Hart|
Thank you so much for making mention of Evelyn! I read her bio with interest - such a long, full life she led! It stands in stark contrast to the short lives of Clyde and Kenneth, yet it is wonderful to know that the surviving Hart children did so well.
Hope this finds you well. And thank you again! I have so long been haunted by the boys and their lonesome little grave, and your caring that put them on Find a Grave and gave me the opportunity to be however tiny a part of them is more appreciated than I can say.

|Debbie Latimer||Lester B. Allen and wife Adeline|
Hello Nevada Bob,
First i want to thank you for all the work you are going. It is very much appreciated.
The surname for Lester and Adeline is Aller not Allen. Would it be possible to make the change. They are located in the Hawthorne Cemetery, Hawthorne, Mineral, Nevada.
Thanks again for making it possible for us to locate our relatives.

Sad to see the sharks circling in on her amazing photos. Do you know where she was buried? It would be nice to add this detail to her largely mysterious life story. The guy bought the photos before she was dead therefore they are not subject to probate.
End of story. The rest is all crooked lawyering and greed.
I hope this turns out in a way she would have approved of. Unfortunately I may not live long enough to see a resolution. The wheels of the state grind slowly.
All the best

I am so sorry for never responding to you!! I forgot my information to log back on. As far as I know, no one is from Scotland. I can't remember if it was my 4 or 5 times great grandfather that came to utah from England, his name was George I believe. I'll let you know what I find out. I know there is some family still over in England somewhere.

You have listed David Jackson Bass and Ellen D. Bass as his parents. They are actually his grandparents. His father is Andrew Burton Bass (1885-1980) and his mother is Hallie Mae Smith (1885 - 1967). The siblings Mary Alice and Elijah Samuel are the children of David and Ellen. They are the siblings to Andrew.

You did all the work. There's a lot more on that bio than anything I provided. I just rather thought "fair is fair". If there are guys who made "famous" status with ten major league games, Gene Robertson had earned it, too.

Thanks for all you do.

|Miracle Mile Tim||Duplicates|
Thank you for contacting me a few months ago about the duplicates that another contributor had created on some of my memorials. I had noticed this myself and sent him SAC's. Unfortunately, this contributor does not appear to respond and keeps creating more dupes.
I notice that the dupes are now deleted from the system. If you reported this to edit, thank you so much. Several contributors have been notifying him, both by SAC and directly on his member page, to little success.
Thanks for your help.

I'm a proud graduate of Saint Louis University who happens to be "into" genealogy and sports. I was just running down info on former Billiken players who made it to professional sports.
They have "famous" folks at Find-A-Grave with one or two major league at-bats. This guy spent all or part of nine years in the majors.

|Kaylene Irwin||Thank You|
Thank you for posting pictures of the gravestones of my sister, Laurel McMurray, and my brother, Ryan McMurray in the Logandale cemetery. It was unexpected to find this site, and then find them. I feel like I can "visit" them even though we rarely go back there.

Bob thank you a millions time over for posting and creating my grandfather's find a grave. You are so awesome. I have been trying to track him down for years. Can you transfer him over to me so that I can add some family history to it? Marion C Moore in Logandale cemetery. Thanks! Cathy

Thank you so much!
This has been so wonderful for my sisters and I to know this exists. How ironic that someone from Michigan (where our Mom was from) found the last resting place of our Dad's parents.
Again, thank you very much. This just touches my heart that I know where this is.

|frank jones||your site is great|
I just happened on your site. I think it's the most interesting site I've seen. It's great that you've taken the time to list the "unknowns". And putting in the history is an added bonus. Would you mind if I put a short message on my site, to get folks to check your site out? I think people would enjoy seeing your hard work as much as myself. Frank

I would also like to thank you for being so timely in updating his information and for transferring his care to me.
I hope all is well with you and yours.
