If you are not a relative of Chuck Rottman, Mem #20813496, I would appreciate it if you would transfer his memorial to L&RSchneek. He was my husband's maternal uncle.

|Don Parker||James Allen Cranford (1845-1930)|
Ma'am or Sir
I am compiling information on the 2nd Louisiana Cavalry and its men, particularly for Company E, as I had 8 ancestors in this company.
Based on information I located in the LA Confederate pension files (JA Cranford 1926 and Susan Harrison Redding Cranford 1930), James Allen Cranford was born on 11 May 1845 in Montgomery County, Alabama. He died on 5 Mar 1930 in Sabine Parish, near Pleasant Hill.
I will be happy to share the information I have collected. If you would like the pension files, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You had left the below note on his memorial:
Rest In Peace...Was told by another Find A Grave member that this cemetery is very poorly maintained. That the woods are taking it over. This grave could not be found anywhere.
Added: Sep. 24, 2009
He was listed at wrong cemetery and is now at New Harmony Cemetery, Jackson County. You may want to delete the note as it no longer applies. I was trying to link some of the Farmer family when I found your note.
Thanks for your help, Patricia

|Misty Farmer Caudle||FARMER FAMILY|
I'm a great granddaughter of Clyde Farmer, working on my ancestry tree, would love any information any of yall might be able to add :)
Grandpa Farmer (Clyde) kept turtles in 50 gallon drums and always told me to go pick out my turtle and he'd make me turtle soup.

|Patricia Farmer||Clyde and Sarah Farmer|
I found a death certificate for an infant son of Clyde and Sarah. I didn't find a memorial with the dates, so I created a memorial and linked him with his parents. The death certificate says he was buried in Smyrna. Do you have a Bible record. Did they name him?

You are welcome. There is supposed to be an email that is going out to everyone. They just have to finalize the email and then everyone is going to get a copy.

|Christy Crawford||Corrie Louise Farmer|
I was on the site looking at information on my paternal great grandfather George Milton Crawford. I noticed that you were looking for information on the Farmer family. George Milton Crawford's wife was Corrie Loise Farmer, daughter of Isaac Walton Farmer and Corinthia Susan Pollard. We may be related.

|Christy Crawford||great grandaugherer of George Milton Crawford Sr.|
I was glad to find this site and the information about my great grandfather online. I'd like to give you some corrections on the info from an ancestry book written by my cousin. From the information I have, George Milton Crawford Sr. was bor, February, 22, 1872 in Carroll County Georgi and died September 29, 1932. His first son's name was Abbot, not Albert, Milton. I think Nena is short for Geneva, whose middle name was Blanche. James' middle name was Richard, not Elmer. Othr middle names:Earle Carmichael, Mary Louise, Guy Pollard,Ruby Florence, Margaret Anne, Mildred Frances, an Ellen Cleo.

|Sherry Keith||R. W. Allen Memorial #17474599 my 2nd Great Grandfather|
I believe your Rueben W. Allen #17474599 is my Great Grandfather. I have him married to Martha T. Cole b. 12/1856 and d. 13 Jul 1902. Do not show info for Tiny so was curious about that. He had a sister named Lucinda who married a Swope, I do not know Swopes's first name. Wondered if you could share what you have on this family?
Thanks so much,

|T.J. White||John W. Green (1855-1896)|
I believe he may be the son of Nathaniel Green (born circa 1831 in Ga.) and Martha A. (born circa 1827 in Ga.), both of whom were resident in Randolph County, Ala. in 1860 with a son named "John W. Green," born circa 1854-1855. (Nathaniel Green was a son of Tandy Holman Green Sr. and his wife Obedience "Biddy" White. She was a sister of my ancestor William Wilson White of Atlanta, Ga.)

I appreciate your transfer of the Scott memorials at the Cochise (AZ) Cemetery. And thank you for the good work, I would probably not have gone to that cemetery or found them if you hadn't entered them. Once again, thank you!
