Your welcome. I am not related. Just wondered if Elizabeth may be since she is in the same lot.

CROSS /PALMER
Hi Jeff,
Thank you so much for the excellent information on the Cross families and Palmer families. I have added your information and photos to my MORROW Family Tree with thanks. I hope I have given you credit for each piece of information that I would not have without your entries.
My connection is to John Cross (1824-1913) He is my 3rd Great Grand Uncle.
Thank you so much for sharing.

RE: Matthew Chambers Grave
Happy to do it. The marker is very weathered and hard to read, I will go back and try to send the entire saying.

RE: Charles Hight
I have discovered that my grandmother's sister Iona was Delcie and Jack's mother. After Iona's death Jack lived with my grandmother Kendrick and I think Delcie went to live with another sister Neva. I don't know anything about Edwina. I recently came into posession of an old box of photos that belonged to my grandmother Kendrick. I have a baby picture with Delcie's name on it and two more pictures of Delcie (I think) in her teens or 20's. I'm sure some family members would like to have them. I found Charles Hight's obituary by googling Delcie's name.

I'm trying to find out if his widow, Delcie Marie Koch, is still alive. Her brother Jack Koch was raised by my grandmother and I want to know if the two families were related or just friends.

Palmer and Hight photos at Memorial Lawn in KS
You're welcome. I wanted to take photos of any stones for memorials that didn't have photos and am almost finished with the project. I have one unknown lady, Fannie Palmer O'Brien, Is she a relative? They have her in their records but I haven't found a stone for her.

RE: George H. Ormiston
Isn't it lovely finding an image of him? All of the pictures of soldiers from this war album from NY 2nd Hvy Arty are on flickr-- just search George's name and look at the rest of the images--these are his friends and compatriots. There are good comments that explain the service of these people. Enjoy!
