You can go to this page, enter a valid PA zip code (19344 works for me) click on the blue line: go to Pa archives- and a search engine appears.

find the DC click on View, click on Save to computer, save as- and you can save the image. then you can add it as a jpeg with the add photo icon. Saves the typing.

Your call. See ernest Bernard's entry.

I added the information from the death index to her memorial. Thank you for sending it to me. Just wondering if you are connected to the Fox family? My husband's grand-aunt was married to Ovie Cecil Fox.

Thanks for the updated info, but there is a data conflict with the death certificate info that you provided. I have her headstone photo which reads: "Born Apr. 18. 1846-Died Nov. 23.1923". The headstone image is located online at the Pennsylvania USGenWeb Archives for Chester County.

All the best, Sandra

Thanks for pointing out that I duplicated an already existing memorial. Don't know how that happened since I try to take care not to step on other people's work. I have deleted mine.

Mitchell Cemetery in Lewis, WV
The Mitchell Cemetery listed at Walkerville, Lewis County, WV was recently merged with the Pault T Mitchell Cemetery at Roanoke. This merger showed that there were a lot of duplicate memorials, mostly ones I had created.

This evening I reviewed the memorials I created that are now duplicates of some of yours. It looks like you and I have done a lot of the same work. Some of the duplicates are for our family members, and my memorials give more info than do yours as well as links to family members. Could you check them and add the info to your memorials so that I can delete mine?

Your Memorial# 112018183 for Ova Fox matches mine for Ova Stanton Fox, Memorial# 112602816. Mine has additional info.

Your Memorial# 22894641 for Ova Fox matches mine for Ova Cecil "Ovie" Fox, Memorial# 112629544. Mine has additional info.

Your Memorial# 22894772 for Luthur M Mitchell matches mine for Luther Monroe Mitchell, Memorial# 112700837. I uploaded a photo of his military headstone to your memorial. Mine has additional information that isn't on yours as well as the correct spelling of his given name.

Your Memorial# 22894789 for Stephen L Mitchell does not show the birth and death dates that are on his civilian tombstone. Could you please add them as I have deleted my memorial for him and uploaded a photo of his military headstone to your memorial?

There are other instances, not in our family, as well:

Your Memorial# 22594500 for Pvt Harley William Metz matched mine so I uploaded the headstone photo to your memorial and deleted mine.

Your Memorial# 22664522 for William Harry Metz matched mine so I uploaded the headstone photo to your memorial and deleted mine.

Your Memorial# 22684252 for George C Riffle matched mine so I deleted mine. I do have a photo of the marker that is closer up than the one on the memorial. Let me know if you want me to upload it.

I have just deleted over 30 memorials after taking the time to create them. I wish I had noticed earlier that the 2 cemeteries were actually the same place. [Sigh]

I appreciate your help.

Sincerely,
CarmasKid

Marion Cater request
Hi Susan,

I am new to Find-A-Grave so I am not sure of the protocol. I was at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Princeton MN today and found a grave that may correspond to your request for Mrs. Marion Cater. It was a grave that simply said M.B. Cater with no dates. I thought it might be her husband based on the memorial, but did not find any more burial records of any M. Cater besides yours. Am happy to fulfill your request but am not sure if it is accurate. I scratched around and did not see any flat stones by the marker. Would you let me know if I should fulfill, or just add it as a new picture?

Thanks so much.
