I added photos to his Find A Grave page. Did not see your note re: there being a flat marker until after I took the photo. When I found the gravesite, I did not see a flat marker - will be going back to the cemetery soon & will double check the area again

My Dear Mr. Pickett,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting this information on the Internet. I spent the bulk of the Spring and Summer registering my Uncle Herb in Washington at the Library of Congress with the Veteran's History Project.
Your information is accurate. Although I never met my Uncle, my mother was his closest sibling and adored him as did his other siblings. So this is for her as well.
God bless you for doing this noble work!
Niece of Herbert Rubenstein

I found Henry's parents. I was so excited to see HENRY O'HARA that I didn't notice the dates. I will go back to St. Lawrence O'Toole and look around...I'm sure Henry, jr. is near them.
Could you please attach his parents: His father, Henry 132413609 and his mother, Mary 132413696. I'll get back to you...

I contacted ABMC and sent them the same sources I sent you originally and they corrected this. This has been corrected at the source you quoted that you based this profile on.
I am asking as Veteran that you correct this.

What else can I say but WOW!!!. Your web site is spectacular. You surely put a whole lot of effort and time in it. Sorry that I will not be able to add any headstones for your fellow Delawareans who were buried in Plots A & C, it was closed while they were resodding the areas. Hope that I have the ones from the tablets of the missing which I will get to when I return home. They are going to take some time to do.
Am happy to be a small part of your efforts.
Take care friend

I just discovered this memorial today for the wife of a cousin of mine. You've indicated she was married to Everett Ewig. Was she buried with him? It isn't indicated. Also are you related?
Thanks for all your hard work. It is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the recent suggestion. I hope the Bio is how you would like it to read. I think the time and effort you are giving to our servicemen is commendable. I once read two statements painted on a mini mall wall in Ontario, Oregon:
"FOR THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR IT
LIFE HAS A TASTE
THE PROTECTED NEVER KNOW
Bradford L. Schultz, Vietnam Veteran; and
"WE SLEEP SAFELY IN OUR BEDS
BECAUSE ROUGH MEN STAND READY IN THE NIGHT
TO VISIT VIOLENCE ON THOSE WHO WOULD HARM US."
George Orwell – Author.
Thank God for every service person who stands ready to protect our freedoms.

Thanks for the information. Can you tell me your source for this information? I wonder if it is from the fold3 site... I do not subscribe to that. -- Amy

Hi, just wondering if you were related... or just doing military in general. I will get back there to do stone photos.
I found a newspaper story that the son/sailor went missing, after a year was declared dead. I wondered if there was more story.-- Amy
