DEAR EMAN: I had the privilege of meeting Cardinal Marchisano three times in my activities, and I would like to send an on-line condolence--I've had some Masses read for him.
If you have his funeral guestbook e-mail, or similar bereavement venue, please forward the e-mail address to me at

Keep up your good work--and I appreciate your commentary on my clergy writeups as well.
(You may delete this message after you receive it). Much thanks!

RE: Ezio Petito
Hi Eman,
There is a Spaghetti Western website I check every so often and saw a report that he had died July 6, 2014. I checked again and it has since been removed. I will notify the administrators and have them change the date of death and add the cemetery you have provided. Thanks for notifying me about this.

Much Appreciated,

Father William F Doyle 1904-1969
I would like your permission to use the picture you have posted in my Ancestry family tree. I'm working on a family tree for my son-in-law who is the grandson of Thomas Michael Doyle, who is a brother to Father William Doyle. Thank you , Carol

RE: Father Jukić
You are welcome. Funny thing...I went to the cemetery looking for Father Jukić but when I got there I figured it was not going to be easy considering I didn't have a map. So I did find Mozart's grave as that was a famous interment there. Lo and behold, when I reached Mozart's grave there was Father Jukić. Kind of divine in a way.

RE: Sister McKelvey
No apology necessary. I get the same request at least twice a month. Your correction was absolutely correct for normal, dare I say, co-mingled cemetery.

As I said, if Sister is close to you, I'd be happy to transfer her file to your care.

Request at Calvary Cemetery
In regards to your request at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont, NY there are easily over 6,000 internments there. If you can call the cemetery and ask where the person is buried I will be happy to go back to that section and attempt to find the gravestone.

Please note that there were several Jose Garcia's listed as being buried in Our Lady of Mercy in Miami. The photo I took was our best guess based on information provided.

Wolfgang Kirchgässner
Thank you for the transfer of the memorial for the late bishop Kirchgässner, doing so I noticed that the Freiburg Cathedral is listed twice. So I asked for a merger of both listings, so far that did not create duplicate memorials.
Thanks again

Hi Eman,

I have been working on some unknown burials, duplicates, etc., and I came across your listing for Peter and I thought I would do some research on him. I was wondering if his birthdate could be wrong? I found no record of death for Peter Orlando in New York..but that doesn't mean he didn't die here. I did find one for a Peter who in 1925 at age 21.

Deacon/bro Norbert Fihn
Thank you so much for your lovely tribute to him. I was sad to learn he died so young. He was a teacher of mine in San Diego, teaching me typing and philosophy. He was much loved by all the kids and was one of the best teachers I ever had. It sounds like he had a long illness - what did he die of? Thank you again for the pictures.

Cardinal Vachon.
Excellent job on him and all the others.

Do you know if he is related to the famous Vachon family in American professional wrestling? See my bio for the recently deceased Mad Dog Vachon.

I have a patient in my practice named Vachon who says that they're all kin to some extent. His military rank was too high for many people to call him Mad Dog, but he says it had happened.

Please light a candle for my colleague Victor who in in the hospital with heart problems. He is our clinic's expert on diabetes, but unfortunately doesn't do a good job with his own. Anglicans light candles, too, and I shall be doing so.
