Thanks for the correction. I deleted this memorial from City #6. I will add it to Confederate if I find it's not there already. I spent a lot of time in that group of cemeteries and was in #4 and #6 and never noticed that I had ventured into Confederate. Take care.

MANY thanks for the burial info. Their daughter, Mary Catherine, was a very close friend of my mother; and their granddaughter, Sharon, was my best friend while growing up in Jax. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. If you have additional info, please, let me know! THANKS!

Re: Find A Grave lists Landy Hullette's burial in Union Cemetery, Ozark, Dale, AL. Wondering if this should be Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Arguta, Dale, AL. 2002 Dale County Cemetery Book has no Hullette persons in Union/Ozark, but Union Presbyterian/Arguta has D.L.Huelett, Sammie Heulett, John James Hewlett, and Colonel Hulett. There are 4 wooden crosses next to D.L.Huelett and 3 unidentified graves next to Sammie Heulett.
Perhaps you have this info, if not, let me know if you need DOBs,DODs. Hope this helps.

Find A Grave # 142005900 is for James Davis Hightower and #142005945 is his wife, Frances Elizabeth Shellhorse. Are related? Thank you.

Are you related to Davis Hightower? I noticed you added him to Find A Grave. I was trying to read the headstone better. Do you have the original photo?
Thank you very much for all you do to keep Find A Grave free for researchers.

Tony, i have one more thing. If you do not transfer this to me would you please correct his name to Edward Earl Davenport.
Thank you so much
Added by Janet Mott on Jun 11, 2015 7:09 PM
Hi Tony, Thank you for this beautiful memorial and information. Edward Davenport was my step-father. He married my Mother, Alice Mae Tackett on July 24, 1951. He was like a father to me and my sister. He raised me from childhood. We loved him very much.
If you are related to the Davenports or Tacketts, I would love to have a conversation. If not, would you consider transferring this memorial to me. My number is 48342968.
Either way, I just love this memorial

Hi, Tony -
The pictures are out there now. I'm also adding pictures for the other children of Herman Bennett Jones, so you might want to check in a few days. Doing well. My brother is a Red Cross volunteer and has been sent to OKC to help with the tornado relief efforts. I spoke with him today, and he said the damage is extensive.

Hi, Tony -
Hope you're doing well and the storms missed you. I was cruising through Find A Grave this morning and saw your note about my mother's cenotaph in Park Cemetery, Carthage, MO. If you would like, I can send you a picture of her new marker in Palm Cemetery that you can link to the Park Cemetery entry.
Also, the location of Frank Cone's remains are known. He is buried in the Manila American Cemetery. I can also send you a picture of his marker, if you would like.

|Dori Partsch||Westcotts and Browns|
I've been researching the Browns of Richland, Oswego Co., NY, for years and have just discovered Patrick A. Brown married to Perlina Westcott. (I've also been looking for clues on my Westcott ancestors, but that's another story.) Do you know who Patrick A. Brown's parents were?

|Anonymous||James Edward Hightower|
I need to let you know that some type of error has happened with the listing of James Edward Hightower - 1929-1975. Information on the Find A Grave Site has his final resting place listed at an incorrect cemetary as well as an incorrect death date. Perhaps it is someone with the same name; however, it does list his correct birthday as well as correct family links on his information. I am new member to the site so I would appreciate your contacting me to help make the necessary corrections. Thank you for all of your work and time spent in this endeavor.

Nice talking to you too. I ended up taking over 300 pics and am still adding them. I'm too OCD-ish to upload them from a phone and I like to add the lot photos with individual's places marked in the photos so it takes some time to do that. Ready to head out again next weekend. See you there sometime. Red

|Joanne Todd||Transfer Possible?|
My Great-Great grandparents were George Washington Todd (#32731754) and Betty E. Todd (#32731769).
Could I get them and others in the immediate family if you have them... to Joanne Todd (#48307720)
Also, don't know where he got connected with this wife - Dora Frances Snyder Todd (#10960314), but don't think he ever lived in Hamilton Co., MO during 1887-1900 and was married most of these years to Betty E. Todd (above) whose maiden name was Rebecca Elizabeth Cantrell. Have never seen her called Betty on any documents except her Gravestone.
George was married many times (I think five is the number).

As you can see from the findagrave memorial my father passed away last year. At this time you are now welcome to put his name and information on your website, but I would still request that you leave my mother's name and my siblings as "living" on your website.
Thank you for your time, Amy Anderson

|Joy Renee Smith||Lattie Boone Hightower|
buried in Lakeview Cemetery in Memphis, Hall, Texas
First of all thank you for all your work.
There are two likely problems with Lattie's records. First of all her name is Harriet Lattie (Boone) Hightower. I have corrected this. (She went by Lattie but her first name is Harriet)
Secondly, many many records show her death in Memphis, Hall, Texas as well as where she is buried. What is your proof of her location of death? (I did not change this)
Most sincerely yours
Joy Renee Smith
