Walter Peternell's wife
Hello Kim,
I don't know if you are related to Walter Peternell, but I am looking for his wife, Maxine. My mother was a childhood and adult friend of Maxine's - they used to stay in touch, but lost touch as they each got older. I have been unable to find ANY records for Maxine, and I would love to give my 89-year-old mom some info about her. Please let me know what info you have for Maxine. My mom's name is Theresa and she grew up in Akron, leaving a few years after she married my dad.
Thanks so much.

Cleveland Calvary Request
Just a friendly mid June reminder that we need plot info to fill your Cleveland Calvary request(s). We have less than 500 requests left but plot info for only 6% of those, having already filled the rest with plot info. We can't ask for plot info for more than 3 requests per week. Please call (216) 641-7575 and obtain plot info. We'd really appreciate it and will fill your request(s) soon after getting plot info. Thank you!

Wm. Cornell info
Hi Kim

Thank you for all your work, but the listing for the children of Wm. Cornell is in error. You have listed a sibling (Ira)when her name was Iva, Ira was her husbands name.

Ira and Iva Fair (my grandparents) are buried in the Columbiana Co. Memorial Park in Calcutta.

additional children are Addie, and Ellsworth, Clifford I am not familiar with.

Susan's maiden name was Dare

Thanks again
Richard Fair

Just FYI that we've cleared nearly 100 requests in the past week. Plot information is essential, a plot map increases the odds significantly. We cannot obtain plot info, the office will not allow it. Please call and obtain. Thanks!

Calvary
You've put in request(s) at Calvary in Cleveland. Several of us are actively working to clear the more than 745 requests. With 400,000 burials and 300 acres, if you could please obtain plot information AND a plot map one of us will be more likely to be able to fill the request, as the office will only give out a little information to each person. The office phone number is (216) 641-7575. On my page I have the plot maps listed that we already have which is quite a few. If the burial is in one of those sections we don't need another map, just the plot info on the request.

You can try to tell them you'll be visiting when they're closed, etc. So far everyone who's called has been successful in having a map mailed, a few e-mailed. If you get one let me know and I'll give you my e-mail address. With thousands of graves per section a plot map would be VERY helpful. Without plot information it's basically impossible.

You have the oldest request out of all 750+...I'd love to be able to fill in!

Thanks!

RE: Booth gravestones in Hillside Mantua Ohio
I know the Stewarts that live on Regan street as well as the Minards, that live a few houses from them. I hope you had a nice stroll, I have walked through that cemetery, very nice walk and peaceful.

Booth gravestones in Hillside Mantua Ohio
Dear Kim, Thank you so much for providing the photos for Robert and Ethel Booth from the Hillside Cemetery in Mantua. I had seen their graves about 6 years ago but did not have my camera when I was there I appreciate your help on locating their gravestones and publishing their photo for the family. This is my great Uncle and his wife. His grandchildren now have a copy of this too.

Kind regards,
Cheryl Booth Rogers

On the same marker as Ray is a Mary Hesketh. I think she was his first wife. She died in 1968. If you create a memorial for her I'll post my photo on her memorial page.

You you are very welcome. I like to give to family only, not to someone who want them because they are collecting the same last names. I was very upset with someone who just joined Find a grave and told me to delete some photos of a civi war vet. I said no and they had Find a grave givt the memorial to them after being on here 4 days. I contacted Find a grave and told them it was not right for them to do this and they gave the page back to me. I almost deleted all of my work on this site.
