|Carol||Sallie Hume (14872478)|
Could you please link Sallie with her parents, Mattie D. Conners (14872506) and Weadon S[leet] Hume (143929488)? Also, you might be interested in this link:
In 1875, the widowed Mattie Conners Hume married her husband's cousin, confusingly named Elzaphan Weaden Sleet Hume (14872525), as you have noted. Elzaphan founded the town of Hume, IL.
I have sent some more biographical information about Weaden Sleet Hume (Sallie's father) to Tori, creator of his memorial, so it should be posted soon. Let me know if you have any questions.

Could you please link this person (Elzaphan Weeden Sleet Hume) to his parents, Lewis Hume (41216428) and Sarah "Sally" Sleet Hume (102650020), or else transfer his memorial to me? I am related to both his parents and directly to his grandfather, Weeden Sleet.

|Gaye Hill||RE: Maggie Bennett Williams|
I am ***NOT*** related to or researching the Williams or Bennett, but found a horrible, sad story about the deaths of her three children when a slow, smounldering fire smothered them.
It happened in 1911, she was not a home, dad was and he discovered the fire, trying to save the children.
Anyhow, it is a VERY long story in several Daviess County newspapers online and I made memorials for the children, but have no idea where the parents may be buried.
If you have an interest in these memorials, let me know.
