RE: Photo request Arlington Memorial Gardens Cincinnati Ohio
Hello again, I have posted a photo request of James Lee Smith & his wife Mary Smith. I confused myself the last time we worked on this. Please forgive me. I called the office and got the locations and posted them on the photo request. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Thanks for Emil Kaley!
Yes that is his wife. I have already linked them, thanks. If you read his father's memorial notes, you will see that his father was an incorporator of Sadieville KY who mar Emil's mother after the death of my 1st cousin 4x removed, Emma Slatten.

Thanks again!

RE: Robert Vandergriff Marker Photo
Virginia,

Per chance, did you also take photos of markers for his mother and stepfather?

I thought I had included their information with Vandergriff, as I did not request separately as they all are buried in Garden of Acacia Lot 229 Section B Spaces 2 & 3 & 4 (Vandergriff).

His mother is http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=19726138 and his step father is http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=133648652

If you did not, that's ok but thought I would ask to be sure.

Thanks again.

Jack

Appreciate the effort, we are house-hunting (from Lexington KY) and have not made it to Cincinnati yet.

Photo Request - Arlington Memorial Garden
Thank you so much for the information and the offer! I will call them in the morning. I believe my family members are in the Garden of Nativity section, but you're so right - it's so big, they're near impossible to find.

Thank you again!
Julie

Thank you so much for looking into this for us. Someone was able to find it and get a photo posted. Guess I need to delete the photo request somehow. Thank you so much.

RE: Photographing older tombstones
Dear Virginia,

You are very kind for saying so. I have taken Section H (single graves) under my belt this summer and have only a few rows left to document the entire section. It's such a sad old neglected late-1890s lot. I feel like I have come to know Hamilton better getting to know its prior inhabitants. Your work at St. Mary's and my cousin Don's work at St. Stephen's is an inspiration to all of us local FAGers. You set the benchmark very high. Thank you.

Hi Virginia, thanks for the reply. I didn't remember who I had requested a photo for, but looked through my sponsorships for the cemetery. Fortunately, Dr Fredric J Baur, Jr was on the first page. lol. I may need to wait until the weekend as I don't have access to a phone during the day. Thank you so much, David

Hi Virginia, I transfered her to my first cousin . she is on his wife's family tree. He is very busy. I also emailed edit@findagrave.com to change the cemetery. She is already linked into her people...but I appreciate all the trouble you went to to find her. It should be changed in about a week one way or the other.donna

Thanks so much for the pic for Ellen Cooper in Greenwood Cemetery. Her death certificate only said Hamilton, ohio, so i didn't know. Trying to get the cemetery changed. It is good that you put a note with the flowers though. I appreciate you finding it very much! donna white

RE: Tombstone at Greenwood Cemetery
Virginia, that's odd. I didn't get a notice that it had been posted, and I see it was about 18 months ago!

Golly, yes, I remember you had promised. And as far as I'm concerned, there is no need to remove it. Thanks for your devotion to the cause!

Moses Hoagland & 2nd wife
I have made a new memorial for the second wife of Moses Hoagland ID 131813181. I have made a photo request if you would like to pick it up and post your photos. She is identified by the death date. His first wife died prior to 1825.

Also I don't think the system allows me to remove your photos unless they've changed the way it's being done now if you would be so kind to remove those of his wife from his memorial. They are linked.

Thanks again for all your help. It means so much to me to have this memorial and tombstone photos.

M. Hoagland photo
Hi Virginia,
I just received a transfer for a memorial for my 3rd great great grandfather M(oses) Hoagland ID #
114425845.

You so kindly took and posted a photo of his tombstone. Right next to it is one that is badly leaning but appears to be the same shape as his. I am wondering if this could be the stone for his wife Elizabeth. Can you tell from your photos if this might be so?

Thanks for all you do. It is so very appreciated.
