Mary J Nelsen
America Propper and Frances Bartholomew
I tried to find these two gravestones to take a picture for you. Sorry, but, it was not doable. America does not have a headstone and Frances may, but the cemetery has no record of the location due to the burial being in 1899 which predates their available data. There are three old unreadable stones in the vicinity of her relatives and probable burial location - let me know if you want the pictures I took of those headstones and I will send them to you. Sorry for the lack of success.

Linda K. Burgett
Mary E Condey/Beers
Roselawn Cemetery, Perry, MI,
Hello, I have been looking for Mary E Condry, for a long time, and I am thinking this may be her, but my Mary E Condry's Mother and Father were: John Condry: 1829-1857 and Elizabeth Cryderman: 1832-1899, and after John passed, Elizabeth married a John Lynch 1859 and lived in Owosso when Mary and sister Celia were young. I am hoping that this is the Mary E. I have been looking for. Thank you for your Find a Grave work. I am working on Pinecrest Cemetery, Oscoda, Michigan. Regards, L.K. Burgett

I'm sorry that I did not notice the second email. I did still have it and was able to add the linkages for you. I didn't change the place of death because I added your information just as you gave it to me. Other researchers will be able to see the death record as well as the info you have given.
Thanks for your patience.

Perry Cemetery
The find a grave cemetery site for this other Perry Cemetery is here:

I am not sure how to find the cemetery records for this Perry Cemetery though.

Perry Cemetery
Apparently there is (or was) a Perry Cemetery in Auburn Hills, Michigan:
"Perry Cemetery / Perry Cemetery, Michigan, United States, North ..."
Perry Cemetery is a cemetery in Michigan,
Auburn Hills
4919 Interpark Dr N,
Lake Orion, MI

This is not the same as:

Perry Mount Park Cemetery
Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan
878 N Perry Street
Pontiac, MI 48340-3029

I hope this helps with your search. ~ b

Thomas Hillyer
I entered this record from a book located in the Auburn Hills, MI public library titled "Auburn Hills Death Records and the Aaron Webster Cemetery". It had several memorials listed for the Perry cemetery including Thomas Hillyer. It could possibly be a mistake. If you find what cemetery he is buried in I could switch it for you.

Hey Marcia!

I wanted to let you know that I created memorial pages for John S. Fullerton (113897449) and Eliza Jane VanGuilder (113897531) if you want to link their kids up to them.

Hope you are doing well....and staying cool. Mom said the heat was horrible in Black River today.

Talk to you later!

Falvens at Evergreen Cemetery
Could you call the cemetery and get the exact location of this grave. I plan on going there this or next weekend and am trying to get locations for enough requests to make the trip worthwhile. Be sure to get a Section reference rather than just a Map reference.

Since there are a limited number of photos you can upload, are you interested in receiving cemetery records like deeds, plot burial records and maps?

Judy Miller
Made corrections
Hi, I'm Judy Miller. You are correct about the Sheffer name but both were used. Randy, my late husband, is somehow related to you, I assume.
Yes, he died way, way, way too soon. He was the love of my life. I married again but that didn't last, well 21 years but I'm glad that's over.

Goldie Hand and Her Sisters

Thanks for sharing the photo of Goldie Hand and her sisters. (#22768149) Thanks also for sharing the photos of the headstones. I am just starting to research my son's family tree. He is Goldie Hand Haverstick's second great grandson. Do you mind if I save and use the photos you have posted? Thanks.

There are two cemeteries in New Lyme, Ohio - either Brownville or Dodgeville Cemetery. There is not a cemetery called New Lyme cemetery.

Do you know which one for your photo requests? You might see if any related family members are in these two cemeteries. It might give you a clue as to which one your photo requests should be placed. I will be going to the cemeteries soon and will look for the family.

Daniel Brothers
Mary Adams was buried in Oaklawn Cemetery in Sturgis, Mi. in Sec. F but she has no tombstone (per cemetery records). The only other Adams in Sec. F are another Mary Adams who died 2 Apr 1926, also no tombstone and Harvey Adams, born 1857 and died 28 Mar 1939 and at the reading, he did have a tombstone. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Dan Brothers

Gregory Square
Franklin Bartholomew stone pic
I posted this pic even though it was taken with the ground snow covered and poor lighting. I plan on re-taking it in the spring and then posting that one. I also do not believe that Franklin was actually buried here, because the cemetery records do not mention him. As you see, his brother Benjamin is listed at the top of the stone, and he IS listed as being buried here. Also the neighbor stone is that of their other brother Albion, who was also a Civil War caualty.

Olive Couch, wife of William Honeysett was born c1846 in England according to 1880 census records. Other researchers state they were married in 1872 and had children; Edmond J., b.c. 1873 and Emily E., b.c. 1878.
Burial at Hillside Cemetery, Plainwell, Alamo Twp, Allegan Co, MI..?
Thank you for your consideration and God Bless, John B. Ten Eyck

Barbara Wolf
Butz in Wright Cemetery
I added the photos that you requested. I also added the military tombstone for Halley. also added photo for Verlo Ray (you hadn't requested that one) and his wife, Mary Kay (also memorial). I found quite a bit of information on the web site and thought maybe you would want to check it out. Go to, click on genealogy, click on noble county records collected by C.J. Whan, then click on Whan collection. They are listed in many of the categories and hopefully you might find something you did't already know.

Also the Flinns are listed occassionally. David Flinn does not have a tombstone. He is buried to the right of Levi and Bell Butz and you can see his parents tombstone in the background. DAR is listing John W. Flinn s/o JW & S Feb. 17, 1870 7m 7d but the cemetery records do not indicate where he is buried. I will add the photo for David but not sure what you want done with John. Let me know. Another open photo perhaps. Barb
