I am sorry, but there is no record of either of them being buried in Kosciusko county. Would they each of used a middle name possibly?

I have taken your photo requests before and would be very happy to take these Bartholomew requests in Evergreen cemetery, Geneva, OH. However, the ground is currently covered in snow, so any photos would be of a very low quality, if any. I will try to take these photos when the snow melts and the ground can be seen around the headstones. Unfortunately, this probably wont happen until spring. If by chance, someone else fulfills your request with substandard photos in the snow, please email me the names of whom you want photos and I would be glad to take them when the ground clears. Thank you very much.

I can find no record of this person being buried in Clinton County. I have checked with Sugar Grove & they also have no record of her burial.

Please know that on both John and Lemuel's memorials it states that there are no headstones for their grave sites. Just to be sure, I checked with the sexton and he told me that Rachel, their mother, is the only Lysher listed in the original books. I surmise that the lot was purchased in her name and that Rachel, her husband Thomas, John and Lemuel are all buried there sine obits state that they were. I did post a picture of the lot.

I saw your comment to contact you if related to the Pickett family. My 2nd ggrandmother, Charity Elizabeth Pickett Sheffer was sister to Aaron Heathcote Pickett, father of Harry E Pickett.
I've been out to Hancock County once and found family graves at Mount Blanchard Cemetery. I hope to go again soon and photograph more of the family markers.
I am always looking for cousins and willing to share pictures, docs, and info. I also have a family tree on ancestry at http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/19116249.

"Hiram Hicks 113120267
Looking at the 1860 census in Rowe, Franklin, Massachusetts, I find Lydia with her children up to Herbert (no Merritt). In 1870 in the same location we find Hiram Hick's son, who was also named Hiram with wife Charlotte and children. One of them named Merritt A. Hicks. His brothers Herbert and James are also living with him. I think the 2nd Merritt on you list of children was really his grandson, not his son."
I will try to look into this when I have a chance...have lots of DR appts and lose track of what I am doing easily.

I had declined your auto-edit to remove Amelia Charlotte Brown Hicks as mother prior to seeing your typed suggestion...you are correct, I was confusing first names Amelia and Almina - appreciate your keen eye and I have now deleted the link per your suggestion.

Roselawn Cemetery, Perry, MI,
Hello, I have been looking for Mary E Condry, for a long time, and I am thinking this may be her, but my Mary E Condry's Mother and Father were: John Condry: 1829-1857 and Elizabeth Cryderman: 1832-1899, and after John passed, Elizabeth married a John Lynch 1859 and lived in Owosso when Mary and sister Celia were young. I am hoping that this is the Mary E. I have been looking for. Thank you for your Find a Grave work. I am working on Pinecrest Cemetery, Oscoda, Michigan. Regards, L.K. Burgett

I'm sorry that I did not notice the second email. I did still have it and was able to add the linkages for you. I didn't change the place of death because I added your information just as you gave it to me. Other researchers will be able to see the death record as well as the info you have given.
Thanks for your patience.

The find a grave cemetery site for this other Perry Cemetery is here:
I am not sure how to find the cemetery records for this Perry Cemetery though.
Added by Kristin on Oct 01, 2013 10:54 AM
Apparently there is (or was) a Perry Cemetery in Auburn Hills, Michigan:
"Perry Cemetery / Perry Cemetery, Michigan, United States, North ..."
Perry Cemetery is a cemetery in Michigan,
4919 Interpark Dr N,
Lake Orion, MI
This is not the same as:
Perry Mount Park Cemetery
Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan
878 N Perry Street
Pontiac, MI 48340-3029
I hope this helps with your search. ~ b

I entered this record from a book located in the Auburn Hills, MI public library titled "Auburn Hills Death Records and the Aaron Webster Cemetery". It had several memorials listed for the Perry cemetery including Thomas Hillyer. It could possibly be a mistake. If you find what cemetery he is buried in I could switch it for you.

Could you call the cemetery and get the exact location of this grave. I plan on going there this or next weekend and am trying to get locations for enough requests to make the trip worthwhile. Be sure to get a Section reference rather than just a Map reference.
