Your welcome and thank you for the response. I have been using find a grave for about 6 weeks. I see many duplicates and don't know if I should send a notice (stepping on toes?) or ignore. I created a couple myself when I first got started because it was so hard to be sure there was not one in place. I look in different ways now, hoping to not create a duplicate. Hilda

You are so welcome. I want to add a picture of us when I get time to find it. He was a great uncle and I loved him and Aunt Bernice dearly. I wish I could have spent more time with them, but living so far apart and be military, it just wasn't possible.
If you want to know, his birthday was Dec 25, 1912 and he and Aunt Bernice got married on Aug 30, 1941.
I'm get most of my information from a copy of Uncle Roy's family tree papers. He was wonderful with compiling this information but I wonder why he has all the spouses names and wedding dates but no spouses' birthdays. I guess without a computer he did very good to get as much information as he did.
I'm going through as many census records as I can find to try and figure out for sure where every- one was born but it is slow going. I know Grandpa and Grandma moved to Chickamauga just before or just after Beatrice was born(1917). Will let you know what I find if I ever get done.

I am so grateful for the transfers. I'm only an in-law relative through his mother's Tynes family so I was hesitant to ask for a transfer. Your service as a volunteer is appreciated, too, as I am no longer able to travel to search the long-lost Tynes family for myself. I promise to treat them lovingly. Barbara Tynes Claiborne 47704197

Hi, you have this baby listed with the wrong parents. Herschel was the son of Samuel Boyce #28510370 an Emma Jane Heston Boyce #28510362. Please link him to his parents or if yu wish yu may transfer this memorial to me as Samuel nd Emma were my great grandparents. Thank you very much, Anita Austin Valetine email@example.com

|Jamie||Applegate Photo Request|
I went to the New Brunswick Public Library today and read the book compiled by the Daughters of the American Revolution.
The Applegate line you are requesting photos for are not in this cemetery.
There is a Stephen Applegate died: 1/21/1860 at 82 years old his wife Ellen Kelly died: 9/22/1863 at 69 years and 11 months.
There is an Elizabeth Applegate, she died Jan. 2, 1872 at age 48 years 11 months and was wife to Alfred B. Van Derhoef.
Asa Applegate (died 3/19/1872 at 83 and his widow Mary Stults died 3/12/1881 at 87
Catherine, daughter of Asa & Mary, died 2/28/1845 at age 18 9 months
Mary Ann daughter of Lewis & Elizabeth Applegate, died 7/23 1839 age 3 months
Catherine Appleget, (wife of John H. Buzzee) b: 11/4/1816 d: 3/5/1868
No Applegates were on the list of the 519 graves that were moved to the Van Liew Cemetery. However, when I researched the people on your request list I found that there is a connection to the Brainerd Cemetery at the First Presbyterian Church in Cranbury NJ. Jane, wife of Nathan is there. It seems someone else started a memorial for Jane # 41383507. I believe she has more Applegates.
I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for the burial info and the photo on Louis and Norma's memorials. It makes complete sense that they're there, but I hadn't confirmed. Much appreciated. :)

They could be there, it just might be the really overgrown area. I took photos of the cemetery. If you would like to see them I would be happy to email them.
This has been a great learning experience for me and I figure what I find will help others.

I just heard back from the New Brunswick Library. Willow Grove, Cheeseman and Presbyterian cemetery are all one in the same.
They included reference though to a book by the Daughter of the American Revolution for a list of those buried there.
I will be more then happy to look into it.

Not a problem. I have sent an email though to the New Brunswick Historical Society in help locating the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery. If you map this cemetery AND the Willow Grove Cemetery they are showing up as the same one.
Which is confusing. Hopefully they will be able to offer some answers. I will keep you updates.
All the best,

If you use her obit, her birth date would have been Jan 13, 1797 and her death date was 3 June 1837. Add those dates and you should be set.
If you are looking for any info, please let me know. I will be more than happy to help you out.
