RE: Hello Julie!
Hey Mark, sorry it took so long to even notice your reply, here is a link to Philip's memorial and that he was the son of William and Elizabeth (Laird) Linn, born in PA.
No one has been able to go back any farther than William and a couple of siblings, as far as I know. I had ALL the family papers two years ago as my turn as the record keeper.

Hey Mark,
Any chance you are part of the line of Philip Edmond Linn? I am his great-great-great granddaughter.

RE: Hello Daff!
thank you but I can't take credit for the bio, the editors obviously didn't like my biography and replaced it with a copy of the wiki entry. I agree she was far too young

A young Irishwoman who was killed in the sinking of the Titanic will be remembered today at a ceremony in a West Roxbury cemetery that will include the unveiling of a tombstone placed for the first time on her unmarked grave.

The Titanic International Society, a New Jersey-based preservation group, teamed up with religious leaders, community members, and a local business to place the memorial on the grave of Catherine Buckley, a 22-year-old third-class passenger from County Cork who died in the 1912 sinking.

The society also enlisted the help of the Irish consulate and distant relatives of the Boston-bound Buckley, who was the only Irish passenger whose body was recovered and buried ashore.

"She kind of typified the Irish that were coming to this country," said Bob Bracken, treasurer of the Titanic International Society and the man who researched and revived Buckley's tale. "Truly, many of them fulfilled their dreams here."

The tombstone will be unveiled today at St. Joseph's Cemetery at 3:30 p.m., said event organizers. The ceremony is part of the society's annual convention, held this year in Needham.

RE: Emma R Linn?
Mark:
I am not real sure about that, because I haven't done any research on them, but that is probably a true statement of her middle name.

I am sorry but I would not have that information.
I am very far from Zwolle.
Good luck in your search.
You might want to go to RAOGK.com (Random Acts of Genealogy Kindness) and ask a volunteer in that parish for Zwolle for help.
