No, I am not offended at all. Now with your permission, I would like to add this newspaper clipping to my Family Tree Maker and also my Phipps Family Book. This was a very very sad time for the Phipps family, especially the parents. I married into the family soon after this happened. The sadness was like a black cloak over all of the family.
Thank you very much for doing this.

|Sandra Gwilliam||Thanks for adding the links and edits for Luella Johnson|
I appreciate the time you took to make the edits and parent links for Luella Johnson in Oakwood Cemetery.
It makes it a lot more interesting to have virtual pedigrees at find a grave for my family.

Re: Message below - there are 38 memorials in Cisco cemetery. It would be very helpful if you could contact Find A Grave and have them combine these two cemeteries.
There are duplicate cemeteries listed for Cisco, due to the fact that the earlier death certificates cite "Cisco Cemetery" as the burial place. The cemetery is actually called "Oakwood Cemetery". There is already a memorial for Robert E. Bates on the Oakwood page.
Oakwood Cemetery, Cisco, Eastland County, Texas
Thanks for your help.

Wow! What a great surprise. Thanks again D.K. that helped a lot. It is hard to find the girls in the family. I have 3 more to go in this Jones family. If you every run across these girls please let me know Aleene J. abt 1913, Millie M. abt. 1915 and Lovilla P. abt 1918. Not sure on the spelling of the names they were taken from a census.
Again thank you so much,
Sharon Jones Vega DeGraaf

Thank you D.K. for taking a photo of my great uncle's wife Pearl Jones. Also I notice that you found another one of their children Ima E. Jones Teague this is a great help with the dates of her birth and death which I did not have. Thank you for hooking her up to her parents.
I do have a middle initial for Ima "E" if you wish to add it to her name.
Thank You for your donated time to all of us out here!!

Thanks so much for getting the pictures of Gary and Chris for me! I had not seen their graves since the funeral. They both died together in a car crash just outside of Cisco, so it was a double funeral.

|D. W. Short||Lucindia Short Stovall|
Thank you for taking the photo. Many things emerge through such photos. First, I thought her name was Lucinda, not Lucindia. Maybe it was, but what's on the stone speaks loudly, even if the monument guy made a mistake.
Two, I had her husband buried in the Dothan Cemetery because that's on his death cert. Surely, he must be buried next to his wife.
She was a Short and that's family. Thank you again.

Thank you D. K.,
I'd be very happy to maintain Essie's memorial.
Of interest is your surname....my Tune family and the Irby family go back to the mid 1700's, early 1800's in Halifax, Virginia with the marriage of William Morgan Irby, Jr. to Mary "Polly" Coley Tune on 23 DEC 1811.
