RE: transfer?
See I did not even remember I sponsored my Dad's memorial......he was a very, very good man and Korean War hero but he would never tell anyone that...I had to get his records to find that one out.

RE: transfer?
Hi Donna,

I am fairly ignorant on Find a Grave and do not know what transferring to me implies....would you mind explaining to me at your convenience?

You are a kind person and I hope I did not come across too strongly towards you. My mother was the most private person in the whole world and was always after me to not tell too much to people. She was a wonderful, loving person and always was happy, but she would never say too much, you always had to pull it out of her. Her father left her mother and sisters when they were babies during the Depression I always guessed that had something to do with it.

Thank you again.

Pyeatt Grave Green Hills
I like the candle and flame and note you have about my father Charles Pyeatt Please leave that if you will on the website. I wanted to tell you I work at Fredericksburg National Military Park and the cemetery is just a few steps from where I work. Would you like a picture of the cemetery or do you have those? Over the 15,000 men buried in the cemetery just a handful are identified otherwise they are buried in mass graves. They did not bury them until after the War when National Military Cemeteries came about. What constituted a body was a head. Gruesome but true.

Charles and Jean Pyeatt's grave
Dear Sir,

I would like to thank you very much for the work you do at Green Hills Cemetery and find a grave.
I was hoping you would remove my parents marriage certificate and the write up on my folks. It is a nice write up but there is information in there that we do not want to be public. I have my father's Military Service memorial on Fold 3 that I wrote from his military records. My mother was always a very private person and she would be "upset" if their personal information was on i.e. marriage certificate and the write up. I would appreciate you removing those items.

Thank you,
Rebecca Pyeatt Cumins

Harold Neubeck # 31586653
Hi DK,
My grandmother passed away in 1997 and left hundreds of obituaries of friends, family, and neighbors in the Kenmare/Tolley ND area. I found Harold's among them. I sent it, attaching it in the SUGGEST ANY OTHER CORRECTION OR ADDITION area. I hope you will consider adding it to his memorial. I also found both his parents obits in her scrapbooks and created memorials for them. Thanks for your consideration.

RE: Rolling Hills Covenant
I worked at RHCC from 1997-2001, then moved to Ventura county to work full-time for the ANG. I have great friends that still work there and just love Byron - he's one of the best Bible teachers I've met in my life. We currently live in Kern County. Blessings!

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to take such a nice photo of my father's grave. Although I learned of him when I was 20 years old while serving in the Air Force in Kansas, I look forward to meeting up with him again in heaven. Crazy thing is I ended up working at Rolling Hills Covenant Church which is just yards away from my real father's grave. He was brutally murdered by several stab wounds in Redondo Beach when I was 1 year 16 days old and my younger brother at the time was 10 days. It is nice to be able to view his grave when I am going to moving away from CA again in just a few short weeks. Again, thank you!

Gene Depew, #71289100
I have added an updated photo to Gene's memorial, which has the addition of his wife on the headstone. You uploaded an upside down photo on the memorial, which shows American flags upside down. From a military (or patriotic) perspective, that is not acceptable. Could you please remove or else reverse the photo?
