Hello Lorri, I have photo of Callie with her mother and brother Seth taken in Bonham, Texas. How are you related to Callie? Let me know if you would like to see it. Thanks, Jim

Bastrop County Transfers
I understand not having time and am sending prayers your way. I've researched Bastrop County, TX for many years and am related to so many here. If you would like to transfer memorials in this county to me, I'll take care of them for you. Thanks

There was no need to transfer this memorial to me. I just found information to add to it. Shall I transfer it back?

RE: Transfer of memorials
I know a lady who takes care of the Stamford area where a lot of the baize family is. I'll see if she wants them if that is ok with you.

Transfer of memorials
Did you transfer the Baize and other memorials to me by mistake? I do not know them.

Hi Lorri,
You xferred Delora's memorial to me, but I don't believe I requested such, and not sure she is a relation. Just checking to make sure it was not meant to be xferred to someone else.

I received your transfer, but I am confused. I did not request the transfer and I am not related to the Ables family. Please let me know if you intended to transfer to someone else. I will happily transfer back to you. Scott

RE: Walter Hamblen Colby 137305619

Sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. Time and your faith in the Lord will help, but even they can never heal the sting of the loss of our parents.

I wouldn't be able to care for your flock. I seem to spend too much time finding and linking past family members.

I would appreciate if you could transfer Minnie Colby, #13730602, wife of Walter Colby to me.

Wishing you all the Best.

RE: Walter Hamblen Colby 137305619

Thank you for your generosity, I'm happy to care and manage the Walter H Colby memorial. I seem to have become obsessed with finding and linking family members; many with no direct connection. If I come across one of Walter H Colby's family members that you created, and I have lots to add, I'll ask about transferring.

I was once reprimanded for asking a member to transfer my grandfathers brother to me - "not in Find A Grave guidelines," and a lot more! I really appreciate your thoughtfulness!

All the Best to you.

Hi Lorri,
Thank you for transferring Morris Aach to me. I read your bio and understand that you are looking to transfer your memorials. I have been photographing and researching memorials in New Mount Sinai in St. Louis. I would be very pleased to manage the memorials there so I can add info as I find it. They seem to all have the last name of Aach.
Thanks for your offer.

Care of memorials
Lorri, I would be honored to care and update any memorials you would like. Sometimes I will run across someone I am looking up and end up going on Ancestry and Family Search and add whatever documentation I can to link up family members in that cemetery even if they have no relation to me. I love it. I spend hours every day on Ancestry. I will say a prayer for your Mother and you. My Mom went through Breast Cancer and a radical mastectomy when she was only 45. She is almost 87 now and no re-occurrence. God Bless...Sandi

Rose Davin Matter Veldman
Your family research intrigues me...

Rose F. Matter married Heiko Veldman on 5/7/1942 (Freeborn County, MN)

In the 1940 Census Heiko Veldman is listed as widowed/farmer with a lodger living in his household. Neighbors are listed as Ben & Rose listed in their HH include Floyd Darwin AND Virginia, Lois, Alice, Richard & Harold. Do you think the Matters took in the Veldman children after their mother died? I know the Veldman children have birth records that list a mother with the maiden name of Davin...but could the records have been changed if Rose adopted the kids?
(Please feel free to contact me via my e-mail address.)
