Jennifer, Are you still responsible for his file? If so, there are some problems with the siblings & parents listed, which I do have records to correct. He is my gggrandfather on my paternal line.

|Jim Hooper||Walter E Torneden - 9595686|
Walter was the former husband of my father's baby sister and my aunt Katherine Isabelle Hooper Torneden.
While Walter had been previously married all of his issue was with Katherine. Of the five children only one remains.
Both Katy and Walter are buried in the same cemetery though she lived some distance away when she died.
If it is not too difficult and you don't have a strong bond with Walter would you please transfer him to me.

Thank you so much for such a prompt answer and transfer.It is people like you that still gives me hope for Find A Grave. Seems that a lot of the old rules are no longer abided by. Like so much of social media, courtesy & empathy has gone out of the window. I hope & try to be one of those that do this to help and there are still a lot of us out there & you seem to be one. Again - thank you. Be assured I will get in touch with the immediate family to make sure that one of them closer doesn't want to take over the memorial. That is why my managed memorials are so low, I'm an only kid, lol. You made my day.

If you didn't notice Connie, his wife, just passed, at the age of 94, Thursday night. I am her niece on the Boyd side & am trying to consolidate the memorials. I went in to request a transfer from you yesterday and found someone had already put up a memorial to her before she is even in the ground. I got ahold of the person yesterday asking if they were related & put in a request to them if she isn't. If you are related just let me know. Thank you for your consideration

|Barton Lewis||Sarah Briscoe Cole|
Hi, I am researching my mother's DNA matches and their possible connections to me. Do you know why Sarah Briscoe Cole does not appear in the 1850 census alongside her husband, Samuel Cole and their children? Is it possible she died before 1854 - possibly in childbirth with her last child, in 1848 or 1849?

|Carol||Margaret Ralston Kennedy 11016743|
Jennifer, I think I've located the answer for Margaret and Hugh's marriage:
mentioned in the record of Hugh Kanada and Margaret Ralstin
Name: Hugh Kanada
Spouse's Name: Margaret Ralstin
Event Date: 22 Jun 1820
Event Place: , Brown, Ohio
Indexing Project (Batch) Number: M51315-1 , System Origin: Ohio-VR , GS Film number: 384273 , Reference ID: 2:1NGX9TF
located on Familysearch.org
On the 1820 census, the Kennedy names is spelled CANADA. If you have Ancestry, you can see this variation, which evidently repeated itself with other legal docs.
Also, Brown Co formed from part of Adams Co, which further adds to the confusion!
This answers my question, and I hope it clarifies it for you, too! Thanks so much for your help with this, and for establishing their memorials. Carol

Thanks for adding the information I sent. I do have a question about Margaret's marriage...you included the date, but left his name as John. I'm assuming you must know something different from what we have found and would appreciate knowing more!!!
Thank you, Carol

I saw you added the following to Catherine Spaulding, could you help me out with the source?
"Born in Tullamore, Ireland. She came to America because of the Irish Potato Famine when she was 14 years old. Her husband, Luke Spaulding, is buried in southern Kansas."

Thanks for the reply. So when she created hers in 2012, it automatically deleted the one you made in 2005. That doesn't seem right.

|Angel of Flowers||Dolores Della Penna's father|
Hi Jennifer...I did a little digging and found Dolores's father and where he's buried. Dolores is there too. Can you link the dad with Dolores. And the cemetery she's buried. Dolores' mom Helen is still alive and moved out of Tacony and lives 2 blocks from me. Small world. I will send you the link to her father's memorial.
Thank you in advance!

|Angel of Flowers||RE: Thank you|
You're welcome. She came from the same neighborhood where I lived & even though I didn't know her personally, her murder was a top story here for decades. She went to school right down the street from us. I remember that night as if it was yesterday & the terror all us girls felt. Until I got older & read her case did it occur to me that she went through a lot more than I can imagine. I was around her age when it happened so what 16 yr old takes anything so seriously. You can Google her name & read the details of what she went through. I can't put it on this site because it's too much for some to swallow.
Have a great night!
