I am descended from John Walton who was raised by Uncle Jeff and "Granny" his aunt, Susan Eaton Walton Gray. Thank you for the obituary. Do you have any information on his Nashville business, Gray & Dudley?

Thank you for all the research you have done. You and I are distant cousins. My maternal grandmother was Easterlou Maude Holden McKennon, daughter of John Holden & Ella Kennedy, who was the daughter of AKP Kennedy and Easter L Henderson. I'm interested in the books you mentioned back in 2006 on, I think, TN Genealogy Quiries. You contributed on one of the publications. If you could, email me the book titles if they are still in publications. Thank you, Janice

On the tombstone it reads that the date of birth is in February instead of November, if you wish to correct.

William Thomas "Billy Jaybird" Sanders
Rick, I'm doing some research on William Marion Sanders...son of William Thomas "Billy Jaybird" Sanders (46743040)and Elizabeth C. "Betsy" Bellenfant Sanders (46743108). I noticed your listing in the Jesse and James Abernathy Cemetery of Giles County, TN and wondered if you knew why/how William Thomas got the nickname "Billy Jaybird"?

L.M. Abernathy #45249298
I photographed the Alan Abernathy Cemetery today and was curious if you know why L.M. Abernathy is the only grave that is unmarked. The other graves were well marked and his birth & death dates are the same as Alan Abernathy so it seems strange that his is not marked. There is not even a rock to mark another grave. Any idea why?

Thank you for all your hard work. I would appreciate it if you would tranfer my grandparents and g grandparents to me. Charlie Joe Wiltshire 62289651 and Martha Maude Renfro Wiltshire 62289686, William Lewis Renfro 55447645 and Lenora Wisdom Renfro 55447680. Thank you. Chris

Charlotte Graves
Hi Rick, I noticed you had given additional information on some of the family members of Harrison O Gilliam. He is my 4th Great Grandfather and I wondered if you are also related. If so, how?? I love to meet new "kin"!

Culleoka Cemetery
Hi there. I've been out photographing Wilkes and Friendship Baptist Cemeteries. I have a few photos (Graham Family graves) that I believe are for Friendship, but find them on the Wilkes listings. One specifically would be Clabbie Graham, memorial #17891507, for which you have already taken a photo. I am trying to verify my information regarding which cemetery it is in. My camera is digital and it is timestamped with other Friendship Baptist cemetery photos. Would you be able to verify for me where you took you photo? I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance. Liz

Rick, I have been doing research for a friend of mine, and trying to find out if she has any living relatives from this side of the family. Are you related to a Lindsey in any way?

I have many Turner Ancestors in cemeteries throughout Maury County Tennessee. Just wanted to say "Thank You" for your unselfish info on your Bio. I feel the exact same way you do! I love, love, love Family History Research. I do not care about numbers, credits or my name on pages. I pray you are feeling much better these days. Blessings to you - Karla

Rick, thanks for the reply. I'm glad that it is taken care of. Besides how would a person other than the ones involved know whether permission was given or not. She sent the same email to Wayne. Funny.
Thanks for posting them. I appreciate it.

William Fly & Mollie Fly Houser Photos
Hi Rick,
I received two emails this morning from the lady that posted the memorials telling me not to post those two photos because they belong to Wayne Austin & he has a copywrite on his photos. I don't know anything about it, but thought I'd let you know.
