35539328 Mausoleum Pics posted to mem pg. Missed taking a close-up of military marker. Was only able to get inside chapel this one time with a visitor. Perhaps a family member with a key can take a pic of it. dg

I used findagrave.com for a while just for personal memorials. I started taking pictures and entering stranger's memorials this past June. My goal is to have created 3,000 memorials with pictures by the end of this year.
Before that, I had been transcribing for familysearch.org for about 1 year. I really enjoyed it but I like this more because of the human interaction. I love connecting people. It gives me a real sense of helping others and a great sense of accomplishment.

You are welcome!! I live a little ways away but I have a map of the cemetery and that website to help me so usually I can almost go right to the row that I am looking for. I wanted to get yours done before I left tomorrow morning.
So, who is the other person you were wanting the pictures emailed to you? But I'm glad your Dad is ok.
Are those her parents that she is buried next to?

On your photo request you wrote:
Her family name was Allen, so the headstone says Allen and not Bloss. While there, please see if you can find Allen Bryant and email me the pictures of his stone,too.Hal
I figured out Mary was a Bryant, not an Allen. I believe she is buried by her parents? In that area there are 8 or so Allen's all within 6 rows. Clara was an Allen. Check out this website to see the names.
I did not see Allen Bryant Bloss. But I didn't get to stay long it started raining. Do you know when he died? I will keep a look out for him.
If you need anything else, I will be out of town on vacation for the next week. I will be happy to help you when I get back!!

|Ken Kistner||PARK LAWN NAME|
I noticed on Findagrave web site it list both a PARK LAWN CEMETERY and a PARK LAWN CEMETERY AND MAUSOLEUM, both in Evansville and looking at the map it appears to be in the same spot.
Was Park Lawn cemetery renamed when they added the mausoleum ?
Was wondering which to post to.
Thanks for any info.
