RE: Floyd Denny
Thank you anglobrat for your fantastic feedback on my photo entry of the Floyd Denny headstone. I was on vacation visiting Mankota Saskatchewan and while there we visited a few cemeteries to see the graves of my husband's relatives and friends. My husbands great grandparents are in the same cemetery as your family. That cemetery used to be called the Switzer Cemetery because it was on Jim Switzer's farm. The owner, Jim Switzer is buried there. It is three or four miles south of Ferland Sask. I took a few pictures that day to continue my journey of filling in the blanks for people checking on their family. You have just made my effort so much more rewarding. If I may put your message on my facebook page I will be able to put your request out to my many friends in that area who may be able to help with your search. I don't go there very often so this will be the best way for us to try and find you the answers. Thanks again for your message! I love taking pictures and this website has filled in many blanks for my family and husband's searches as well. Please feel free to friend me on Facebook - Joyce Robertson (Brockmeyer) if you want to follow my search and posts in regards to your request.

Did you take the pictures of their plaques on October 2015? Just wondered because many plaques were stolen including my father's. If you did, then the church took cared of replacing them. Thank you. Mary Ann Man

Please delete the memorial for my father, George Post. His ashes were originally interred in the Memorial Garden of Christ the King in Portgage, Mi, but when his wife died they were transferred to the columbarium at St Luke's Episcopal Church in Kalamazoo, MI. I have made a note of that fact on the memorial I created for him--#148495289.

Thanks for considering this request.

RE: Burches in Big Rapids
I have no Burches in my family. I'm just working on the cemetery, adding information like I have done on all the cemeteries in Oceana County and Mecosta County. Just a hobby. Janet

RE: Voss
You're welcome, I almost missed the names then I looked all around it and didn't see any name for Sherman Paul but he's listed in the cemetery records. I'll try to remember to check the lot again after the snow melts in case there is a marker I didn't see.

Charles Bremseth
Fred bremseth, buried Canada
1)My grandfather born in Wanimingo, Mn Fred Bremseth date of birth date is 1883, not 1885, The headstone is incorrect on his page, so 1883 is the correct date. I have Clara Volden (Bremseth) Heiber's marriage license indicating Fred was 25 and she was 16 in 1908. I also have additional evidence of this.

2) They had these children together:

Roy 12/23/15 to 1-14-1991

Lloyd 3/14/09

Leila 8/20/11 to 1998

Curtis 5/19/14

Cameron - my father

Claire was a child of clara's subsequent marriage to Claude Heiber. He is listed.

So, somehow Leila and Roy need to be added as siblings.

I don't think I am allowed to correct that information so I could use some help.

If you need to follow for backup information
Roy (Bremseth) Moen (who was adopted)and Evelyn Juve were married 1/29/39. Both Buried in Arnegard, ND

Monona County, Iowa Genweb site
You may find something about your family by going to the Monona County Genweb site. It is a great resource of that area. Linda Ziemann is a good detective and can help solve what happened on that train!

Hi, if you could determine the plot location, I'd be glad to go photograph the marker. The phone number for Deepdale is 332-9475.

You asked if I wanted other Puetz from the Canadian cemetery....

Do you know if they are related? I do not have a lot of information on the descendants yet. Please let me know if you have knowledge of the relationships. If they are related, yes I would like to add them. If not, they can be left in your memorial care.

Laura Crane Ward
Edward Crane lived with David and Laura Ward in Van Buren, MI. We still have not found his grave site. David's parents are buried in the Harrison Cemetery, Schoolcraft, Kalamazoo Co. MI.

Abraham Ward, Find A Grave#78913

Eliza Minturn Ward Find A Grave#7891314

David and Laura just might be here and also Edward, but of course no memorial places them anywhere.

The Ward's used to live in OH., where David and Laura met.
