I am trying to get this cemetery correct in Find A Grave. These are only one row of about 8 stones from the 1800's. Locals say there are no burials from any later period, all that is seen is all the graves that are there. There are other nearby cemeteries called Forest Hill, one is Shelbyville, or there is another nearby cemetery called Union Presbyterian Cemetery. Could you check your records so this can be corrected? Thanks for all your help!

|Stephanie Wenther||Pemberton Cemetery|
I was able to find the Pemberton Cemetery. It was in very poor condition in the middle of a field. I was only able to find four headstones that had names on them. There were several broken headstones that were completely weathered so I was not able to figure out any other names. I posted some photos of the cemetery to find a grave but as of this posting they have not been approved yet. I wish I had better news but at least I found her finally resting place. Go to Google Maps and view on Satellite the following coordinates and you can see the entire cemetery.
N 38° 27' 10.3'' W 085° 24' 52.4''

|Cathy Stroud||Dollie Stewart Lockridge|
Dollie Stewart born Apr 19, 1878 - June 2, 1898 was my Great Grandmother. She was married to my Great Grandfather William Henry Lockridge. She died at the home of her Aunt in Letts, Decatur County, IN while giving birth to my Grandmother Lillie Alice Lockridge born June 2, 1898. On the marriage record info for Dollie and William her last name is spelled Steward and her mother is listed as Serelda/Serilda with no last name and her father is listed as Unknown. Not much is known about her but if anyone reads this and has more info for her please leave a message here as I check back often. Thank You, Cathy Jo

|Russell Wilhoit||Nancy st.clair|
Hi Kathy, i think this should be Sarah St.Clair, from what i read on the stone today, looks more like Sarah then Nancy, and I think the childs parents are Jacen St.Clair , age 24 ,born Ohio and Mary E. St.Clair,age 18,Born Indiana. in the 1860 census, Marion twp, page 800 in census, no other St.Clairs in this county in 1860
the actual dates for Sarah are Mar 3, 1860, born and Apr,4,1860 died

|Darline Duncan||Mary Evans Holcomb|
Kathy, could you get together with Mike Porter on this gravesite. I am pretty sure you have it right but he has Mary A. Evans FISCUS, b. 1854, died Aug 21, 1903, daughter of Enoch & Catherine (Miles?) Evans...and wife of William EVANS...I am pretty sure this is not accurate but am not sure just what is wrong with the whole picture.
Mary Elizabeth Evans dau. of Enoch & Catherine Michael was married to Daniel Wesley Holcomb(e)
I am not sure if she maybe married an Evans but am pretty sure she didn't marry a Fiscus. Darline
