RE: Louisa Schmidt Maier
Thank you. No wonder, I never really looked back of the altar. As regards Osborne, makes sense he is near fountain, being that that is there "best area" and he was founder. Thanks again. I knew you'd surface eventually.

Louisa Schmidt Maier
Gee, seeing the previous message, I realize I never got an answer too. If you know I'm interested.

I am also interesting in knowing where the crypt is of Louisa Schmidt Maier. I've looked and looked and can't find it. This is at your story about the Maier Brewery and you Cemetery Guide.com website. Enjoy that story very much and would like to find her crypt. Thanks!!

John Osborne
Hi Mark. I wanted to ask about this John Osborne, developer of Valhalla Memorial Park. Is this a crypt he is in? Are you able to tell me where it is located at the cemetery? Thanks.

RE: Children of Hope School Fire
Whooops! I should have been able to figure that out.
It is a fine site with a lot of very good information. The story of the Hope School is such a sad one. It is hard to believe that there wasn't a better facility anywhere in Southern California, for the children who needed the services. How lucky we are to be living in these times.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Regards,
B.J.

Did you take the grave photo recently? I've seen that same photo on this site:
http://www.cemeteryguide.com/gotw-hopeschool.html

If they've copied your photo, I'm wondering if they obtained your permission, as that is certainly a copyright violation.

Regards,
B.J.

Thank you for adding the beautiful photo of the Haskell Room. My photo was from many years ago before I obtained a scanner. Now there's no stopping me. Looks real good.

RE: George Marygold
Sure. However, the story is not completely accurate. My grandmother did remarry and had another son. I will be updating soon.
Thanks,
Kathy

Hi Mark,
Yes, transferring to me would be great. My grandmother did marry again and had another son. So I would like to fix that part of the story and add some more info.
Thanks,
Kathy

A HUGE thank you for taking the time to photograph this grave! I am so grateful! Your efforts are so much appreciated! I would love to be able to make it to LA. Unfortunately, I can't for quite a while, so this is the next best thing. It is so wonderful that you were willing to help others.

'Jill Banner's Location
Mark, greetings! Terry Myers here. Quick question - you added a photo of 'Jill Banner's' (Mary Kathryn Molumby) marker at Valhalla Memorial Park in NoHo. Do you remember where she's located? Her Find A Grave page doesnt list it. TYIA.

Mark, how is it that Ralph Peer doesn't get 'famous' status here? Isn't being inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame famous enough??? Are you able to resubmit? He belongs there. Agree"

I liked the pic you had on Find A Grave of Paul Bern's grave site. I am writing an ebook on dead celebs and would like to use the pic in the book. Of course, I will give you photographer's credit in the book.

Google me...I am a real author.

Cyril Jarvis Thorn at Hollywood Forever
Remembering Cyril Jarvis Thorn and his desire to meet his late wife in the afterlife by gassing himself at her grave. Thanks for adding the grave pics. I sure would like to ask him.."How is that 50% chance that you would still be alive working out for you?"
