Thank you for sharing his obituary. Do you have information you could share on Jacob Brubaker, Jr. 1792-1845 or anyone in his family group? Thank you for your consideration.

Henry Brubaker obit added to Lancaster Menn. Cem., Stephenson County, Illinois. Is there a Brubaker reunion for the Brubakers in America? Is there any publication since Phares Gibbles book?

I believe this to be Joseph A. Fullerton. I find no listing for any Fullerton in Co. I, 12th Pa Cav, but there is a Joseph A. Fullerton in Co. I, 20th Pa Cav (and the 135th Pa Inf). Are you certain about that 12?

|Harry Roddey Edwards||Picture for Maria Koehler Grave|
You have posted the picture of the gravestone for Maria Koehler. The memorial was established by someone else and it has no cemetery or memorial number, but the husband of Maria was Johannnes Ziegler #70083527 who was buried at Lower Skippack Mennonite Cem.
1) May I use your picture in my personal records (giving you credit), and 2) can you confirm what cemetery you were in to take the picture of Maria's gravestone. Thank you.

|Judi Wilson Lancaster||Elizabeth Hoffman (Witmer) Stauffer|
FYI, Eliz. was married to Henry Miller Stauffer, who is buried (w/his 2nd wife, Catherine Shuman) at St. Anthony's Cath. Cem. in Lancaster. Eliz. & Henry had four children, one of whom, John, died at age 5 and is buried next to Eliz. The other three children are: Emma Witmer (Stauffer) Tweed, who is buried in Woodward Hill Cem., Lancaster; my grandmother, Mary Witmer (Stauffer) Buckwalter, buried in Cedar Lawn Cem., Lancaster; and, Howard, who is buried w/Henry & Catherine @ St. Anthony's Cem. Perhaps, you could connect mother w/children?
I am still trying to connect the dots on Elizabeth's family, but it is my u/standing that the Witmers were related to Hoffmans, Kauffmans & Brubakers. Since Brubaker is on your family list, do you have info. that connects them to the Witmers? (Some of the research in Lanc. Co. is difficult because there are hundreds/thousands of Witmers, Stauffers, Herrs, etc. LOL) Thanks, Judi

|C. Kvidahl||oopps ... update from message below|
That other person I can't even contact. They have their messages disabled. That SHOULD NOT be allowed at "Find a Grave." See what you can do and if it is their mistake I will contact Find a Grave too. They need to then have their profile disabled for not being able to get messages. SORRY, but if you take on the job you should do it right. :-) That means to be available for others that have concerns abut their loved ones.
BTW. thank you for what you are doing. You seem to have good communication on the board. Good job!

|Tom H||Rebecca (Young) Koser|
I noticed this posting today. Rebecca is buried near her mother, Magdalena, "wife of Michael Young" (whose resting place is unknown.) What is also unknown, to me anyway, is the maiden name of Magdalena.
By any chance do you either know of it, or have some suggestions for me? She is one of my "dead ends" and I'd love to solve this mystery.
Thank you, and congratulations on your excellent work here.

|Don Sheaffer||Hagy - Brubaker|
My 2nd Great Grandmother was Sarah Hagy, married to Benjamin Mickey. Are you a direct descendant to Henry Hagy? If so have you ever submitted your DNA for testing?
Part two - should I assume you have a copy of the Brubaker History published in Mt. Joy, probably in the early to mid 20th century? I have one buried somewhere if you don't.

I found your posting of the Constantine grave. I am trying to locate descendants of Norman Constantine, on behalf of a friend who is a descendant of a man who was a Navy buddy of Constantine's in 1908 and has memorabilia he would like to share. I am hoping some of his descendants are still in Lancaster County. If you can help, please email me at email@example.com. Thank you.
