Sorry this is a late reply to your request. I will check my notes and possibly the headstone and make corrections. It could be a typo, but I will check.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Respectfully,
Lynne

Baker at Russell
South Russell Cemetery is also known as Rarick Cemetery ( a better name as a new cemetery a mile away will be given the name South Russell).
Their is a photo posted for Grant Russell. Although the dates are 1867 - 1918, it may be who you are looking for.

Hi there, I have been working on my mother's family line for many years and find treasures along the way, including a memorial that you manage. My Great-Grandmother was Lottie Viola Jones ~ one of her siblings was Willard Jones who married your Sybil Mathews,#95178270. Her parents were Hosie & Hannah Bennett Young. Would you mind linking her to them, it would be greatly appreciated. Hosie is #107891999 and Hannah is# 107891809. I would love to talk with you further of this family history. Warmly, Helen

RE: Lavina Wright/Wellington
Hello Tunie,
I'm not related to Lavina or anyone else in this cemetery. I just made it my project to photograph all the headstones, correct errors, add history about each person (if possible) and make the family connections. The cemetery is right next door to my dad's airport. I spent summers up there and ran around that cemetery.
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Tunie,
Please make the corrections to Sybil's memorial. It's important to have the facts straight, and I'm glad you caught my errors.

RE: Alma Fitzsimmons #112566301
Tunie,
You are very welcome. My 21 yr old daughter and I were very pleased to be able to find little Alma's stone at Elm Creek. I will post the photo to her memorial page. There are three lines on her stone below her birth & death dates but we were unable to make out the first line...the 2nd and 3rd line we were able to figure out. They read "the glimmer of gold, Lie in a marble sleep." The first line from what my daughter could make out started with the word The, but that was all she could figure out with a finger trace. I have arthritis so I am unable to get down on my hands and knees so my daughter did the exam on the stone to make out what she could. We just thought you may want to know about little Alma's resting place. She lies to the left of her father's grave.
Again, we were very glad to help with what we could here in southern Minnesota. Blessings.
Suzanne

Fitzsimmons
While photographing your recent photo requests for the Fitzsimmons family (Bert & Julia) we (my daughter and I) discovered a stone for an infant daughter next to Bert & Julia. The stone was difficult to read but in doing a finger trace my daughter was able to make out Alma Fitzsimmons
Born Oct. 2, 1905 Died June 26, 1906 There was also an additional phrase written below the birth & death dates which we had difficulty making out. The stone has deteriorated over time. I did take a couple of photos of the stone if you are interested. I just wanted you to know that there was a child buried next to them in case your records did not include this information.

RE: OOPS! !
I'm confused by your request. You created Peter Stiebig's page and included information that he is buried in St. Michael's Cemetery in East Elmhurst, Queens. here is the URL for the page:
