Rosa Gray was not linked from Louis side. The only thing I could suggest is to send an edit to the memorial for Rosa. Sorry I wished I could be more help.

Be glad to help, though I myself am neither one, my grandchildren are Randells, and I am doing their Family Tree for them.
Let me know who you are hitting walls with and I'll see if I can help.

RE: William Grant Randall
Hi Ray, hope all is going well with you and your family. Marcia sent me a msg on ancestry. I cannot remember how I determined that he was in New Hope Cemetery, Chance, Adair Co., Oklahoma and at this point I'm not certain of his burial location, any thought's?

Hello, Mr Gootee

Catching up on my messages and noticed this. Unsure if I responded but I transcribed this
cemetery from old records received from the Tyronza Chamber of Commerce. I do have several relatives there (Ballard, Ray, Walton) but know very few of the others. Good luck in your research.

RE: Peter Adelbert Gootee
Thank you. I unlinked John as the father as you seem to know more than I about this person. I only transcribed from information I was given.
Please let me know if I need to make further corrections.

Thought I'd let you know that these two cemeteries finally got merged. I think you had left some flowers on some memorials that are no longer there now, in case you want to leave some new ones on the present memorials.

RE: Johannsen?
Hello, Mr. Gootee...
I am very glad you got in touch with me. I had no idea someone from my Grandma Johannsen's side of the family would contact me. This is quite interesting to learn some of the history. So, you were born in Oklahoma? You know, my daughter and I went to Oregon (Portland) for the first time last year. We went on a tour...we saw some beautiful scenery and went pretty high up Mt. Hood. Will you send me your current email address, I would like to learn of this story that is kinda messed up...that which you didn't wish to post on the FindAGrave site. No, I don't know Dad's biological mother's name...I wish I did know. But, he was born in Sioux City, IA. I would really like to learn of his biological family, too. That's a major part of my history, too. So, your Grandpa Gootee's name is John...I have a brother named John...John Darrell. I bet that pic of Dad on the pony is cute. Well, Herb...I shall "talk" to you later.

RE: Johannsen?
Hello, Mr. Gootee...No, you did not come across as an "idiot". I would like to mention that years ago I came across some adoption papers for my father and his given name was Frank Lee Wolf and was changed upon adoption the same year he was born, 1933. Therefore, do you believe there would not be a remote possibility that he was a blood relative of Maria Johannsen? Please let me know all you know about this, okay? Also, Mr. Gootee, where do you live?

RE: Johannsen ?
Hello Mr. Gootee,

I don't know about the name "Vannie", which is most likely a nickname, but Darrell Albert Johannsen was adopted by Albert and Maria Johannsen in 1933. I would like to know something about his biological family but so far have been unable to find info on them although Maria Johannsen said that my father's father (biological) was French. May I ask how you are related to Maria E. Johannsen?

RE: Gillispie?
Not really any that I know of. I have not done a lot of Gillispie research though. They were mostly in Virginia and West Virginia. My husband's cousin has done 30+ years of research though, I'll ask her, if she knows of any.

RE: George & Mary Sunday
From a burial record. I can't find the exact volume right now, but it would have been from Tyner's "Our People And Where They Rest." If you need the page number, I can keep looking. All of them except 12 are online for viewing. This might have been one of those that has had a change in name; may not have been recorded by him as "Cramp."

Three Rivers Cemetery OKLA
In case you were wondering, the source on those "edits" I have entered via the tab system (mainly plot numbers) -- is the book "Our People And Where They Rest: A Visit to 104 Old Cemeteries in Eastern Oklahoma," James W. Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, American Indian Institute, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1970-1985, (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) There wasn't a place for me to put that in the edit form.

Thanks for all your help! Best wishes.
