RE: Chief David Bald Eagle
As far as I know, the Chief was never a code talker. The men portrayed in "Wind Talkers" were Navajo and were in the Marine Corps.

Other tribes had code talkers; my daughter got me a shirt with the names of the Comanche code talkers from both WWI and WWII. About the Lakotas, I simply don't know. The names of the men who filled that job have long since become public, so I think we would know about the Chief.

Yes, it's been a long time.

I don't know about downloading music in the digital format (whatever it's called) but you should be able to find it on You Tube.

I'm currently in Wisconsin until the end of the month. It's cold back here - I'm not used to 50's and 60's weather.

Hope things are going well with the family.
As always, Jim

RE: Yor Dad

This version of the song by Mercyme has the lead singer telling where he got the inspiration to write the song, which he does at the beginning of the video.

I'm glad that you liked the lyrics & I hope it continues to perhaps help you in some way.

I'm not sure which birth date for her is correct. Several websites list 1894 or 1897.

She is not on Find a Grave and I found nothing in a Google search. As private as Miss Snow was about the entire matter I am not surprised.

RE: Oscar Polk
Hello Rosemaria, actor Oscar Polk was nick-named Long Tall Dex for his 6-foot 5-inch frame,
Steppin Fetchit was the nick-name for actor Lincoln Theodore Monroe from the same 1930s, era.

Jennifer's Memorial
Rosemarie, you might want to removed Mrs. from Jennifer's first name - I think it might hinder with people searching for her. Or have they added a new field for Mr. & Mrs.?

RE: The Jackson Twins
It was very tragic, they took their own lives. They were very short, I guess they were ashamed of themselves. You will have to e-mail for details, I do not want to share them publicly.

RE: Kathryn Adams

Thanks for your message. According to IMDb, the Kathryn Adams who appeared in "5th Avenue Girl" (1939) was a different actress. She was then 19 and it was her first movie. There's no record that silent era performer Kathryn Adams (the subject of my bio) made any films after 1925.
