Dear Bob,

Thank you so much for traipsing through Green-Wood to take the photos !!! Someday, I hope to go to see the grave. I would hope to be able to protect it from lawnmowers and weed whackers to preserve what little is left to read.

Again, Thank you.

Mabel Mills
Thank you so much for Mabel Mills's headstone. I added some pages for the Mills family, from which I descend from. If you took individual pics of the Mills plot, could you add pics to the pages I made? I would really appreciate it. Thanks again.

Shave Headstones
Thanks much for your attempt at photographing the SHAVE memorials I requested. It's hard to believe there is only one with so many SHAVE's buried there. I wonder if they were relocated or something. Also curious if the info you provided with the photo was from the cemetery folks or somewhere else. At any rate at least there's one. Thanks again.

Thank you for taking a picture of her headstone.
Question - does the top part of the headstone
read any information on her husband?

Thank you

FAG Memorial # 119633751
Take a look at this memorial. I figured out who he is.

I think he is George C Lamb, as the cemetery noted. You thought that that was a "G", but I don't think so.

I am still working on that whole group of folks, but I think I worked some magic on some of them.

Henry H Goldmark
I was about to think that Green-Wood Cemetery
was off the beaten path but you Bob Collins saved
the day with your volunteer spirit. I have been
trying to round up some of the original builder
of the Panama Canal. Just to let you know that
Henry H Goldmark was one of the Key Civil
Engineers that Designed and built the Lock Gate
(92) leaves that work today as well as they did
the First time they were tested dry. That is
without any water. They are 7 feet thick and
hollow so they are design to float to ease
operations and wear. This is much more than you
wanted to know. Henry is a rather famous Civil
Engineer. I truly thank you for finding him and
for your photographs . Put the Panama Canal on
your Bucket List. Thanks Again.
