RE: Isaac B Russell - Stockport
That's a good idea. And then delete the one I did? Your picture of his headstone is better than the one I took.

I was having trouble later in the day trying to add new pictures. I'd get through the first couple of steps, then on the last step it wouldn't show up on the page. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Isaac B Russell - Stockport
Hi, Isaac B Russell is my great, great grandfather. He is buried in the Stockport Cemetery in Ostrander, WA. I did a search for him but didn't find him, so I added a page. Only then, did I find your page for him. Your information is correct but I added a couple of photos to mine. It seems prudent to blend these two memorials. Thank you for any help you can give me.

New EDIT procedure
Just thought I'd pass on the following information to you and anyone else. There was no official notice to contributors, it just happened one day.

News December 2013
FindAGrave has implemented a new way of handling edits. You no longer get an e-mail in most cases. Go to your "Contributor Tools" and see if the tab that says "Edits" has a number next to it. If so, those are pending edit requests. All you have to do is "accept" them and that's all you need to do. No need to go to each memorial.

Some add'l info on a couple of Memorials
Hi, Suzy!

(The additional dates are from Jacob R. Bender, Jr.'s Obituary in the Portsmouth News 4 Oct 1932.
I have a copy of the newspaper if you'd like it.
Or if you'd like I can adopt the site for Margaret
, up to you.
I'm wondering if there's a stone next to Jacob's for Margaret. I'm not too far away and will try to check it out later on. Just wanted to share this information to help you on all the good work you've done.

RE: Kenneth Root
I dont know when I will get out to the cemetery again to take another picture. I dont know if we will have cooperative weather either ( to get a pic of a dry headstone). Maybe put in another photo request and someone else might get out there faster than I will.

RE: Masonic Memorial

Just send an email to and tell him what you want to do. All you have to include is:
your member number 46529693
our name and member number 46915548
Masonic Memorial Park, Tumwater, Thurston, WA

I'm sure the other admins can do this as well but Mark is the one we have dealt with and has been very prompt-usually within a day.

Moving and not feeling well-that's a lot of stress. I hope your feeling better real soon and the move goes smoothly.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do,

RE: Masonic Memorial
Hi Suzy,

If it would be of help to you, yes, we will take over management of your memorials in Masonic. If you haven't requested a bulk transfer before let me know and I'll tell you how the other members did it.

I'm sorry, I didn't see your message about taking a break, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered you with the edit request. Guess I should always check profiles first.
