Rev Allan Fedder at Ridgewood Cemetery

I was out at Ridgewood yesterday and on a hunch stopped by the office to check on your long outstanding request for a photo off the marker for the Reverend Allen Fedder. I got the information (Section 26, Lot 49C) and found his grave there. He is next to Marguerite M. Fedder (1913-1998) - whom I'm assuming is his wife. I'll give you an opportunity to build a memorial for her as well. Let me know when you are done and I'll post photos against both Allan and Marguerite. If I don't hear back from you, I'll build Marguerite's and then post. If you build her's, please also update Allan's with burial location information and link them together as spouses.

Fellow Researcher
I have a large problem at Memory Gardens. They are not easy to deal with, and only want to give info to relatives. I think this is the reason that requests for Memory Gardens accrue on the list of requests.
So I will take the pictures but you are going to have to help me out with the following:
1. Please call them and ask for the grave location. Be sure it is for your relative, as they have been known to give out the first name that matches. 847-255-1010
2. Ask if there is a marker.
3. Ask them if they can fax a map showing the location. Skip this if you do not have a fax machine. I only ask so I do not have to go into the office. They know what I am doing to help my peers and do not like it.
4. Fax or email me a note stating that you are a direct relative of the deceased. If I have that in my hand it will make a challenge easier. I was just telling them I was a direct relative but they caught on to that.
5. I am Del Ulreich at 847.308.5432,, fax 847.398.5432

RE: John Seipps
There is also a Jack Siepps that doesn't have a headstone yet but does have photo marker. It didn't seem like John and Jack were the same people. Maybe father and son. Not sure. Do you want to see it? There was also a Sarah Jane that I added. Coralie

Henry and Marie Mensching Photo
Any chance you have a plot section #? We searched while on a photo request outing, but it's a big memorial. We found other Menschings, but no Henry and Marie. Let me know.

Carma (Bull) Stone
Carpenter Bull
Carpenter was named after his grandfather, Carpenter Bull (wife, Mercy Southwick) and my great grandfather and his uncle, Carpenter Bull (wife Mariah Bump).
A few weeks ago my daughter and I visited Carpenter and Irena's gravesite at the Los Angeles National Cemetery. When I found them on the 1930 Census living on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles County, my sister and I knew that we were not the first of our family to go west.

RE: Dates
No problem. I am fortunate that I was able to obtain copies of records the local genealogy society published. So if you're seeking anything specific in McHenry County, Illinois, I do have these records. Hope you're having a fantastic day.

Best regards,

Phyllis Wallington

William C. Mensching great grandmother was Matilda Albertina Mensching... I know very little about this side of the family...she married Jeremiah Franklin Karn in Wisconsin, then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN the remainder of her life.

I'm not familar with this name, so when I saw your name I was excited that maybe someone could shed some light on her family...hope you are my "light"!

Any help would be extremely grateful...

Daniel Gross was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Naperville. I am researching the members and found a biography of his son, Dr. Cheney Castle Gross, that included the information that I sent you.
