You took a picture of their headstone in 2010. These are my Great, Great Grandparents. I wonder if you know what section or area of Chestnut Grove Cemetery (Ashtabula, OH) they are buried in? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I found a will from William to Israel that will link Israel to William as his son. Is anyone doing research on Nancy Boren? Does anyone know her maiden name? Where she came from?
Also a guy named Izrall Boren appears on the Dawes Rolls for native american, but was turned down. Is this why people think Nancy was native american?

Is anyone researching Nancy Boren or James Boren?

1) I am trying to prove the link between William M Boren and his son Israel....does anyone have proof like a will that is in writing that Israel is William M Boren's son.
2) Some indication on the internet that Nancy Boren's maiden name is Mun....any proof to that? This might disclaim the idea that many think she was Cherokee?
3) You may reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org
4) Many of my cousins are in the Hiram Bennet Chapter of Daughters of the Republic of Texas.....please join so we can keep the research going.

Never mind. :-) I just noticed I had already asked and you already said yes. I just didn't look through my messages enough. Sorry, but I still wish you an amazing day. :-)

Good Morning, I was wondering if you would allow me to use your pictures in our family tree. We gladly cite the taker and Find A Grave on all pictures we don't personally take. Thanks you for considering my request - it would add a lot to our tree. (I do so love bringing all the facts together with a great photo.) Have a wonderful day, and thanks again for considering it. S

Barbara, thanks for the suggestion re. Davidson Cemetery. I'll keep it in mind on our next visit there.

Joseph Peter Davidson was my husband's 3G-uncle, the brother of his 2G-grandmother Nancy Davidson Gibson. My husband's great-grandfather, James Gibson, and his 2G-uncle, John Gibson, left Lawrence Dnty MO to work on their uncle's ranch. We live in the Los Angeles area, and during a car trip in September 2011 we visited the Davidson Cemetery. It was locked! On a future visit, is there a way to open the gates so that we can visit the Davidson graves? We are extremely grateful, though, for the excellent photos of the graves. (Joseph's wife, Nancy, delivered the first child of my husband's great-grasndmother, Martha Hillhouse Gibson Yandell.)

Hello, we were wondering if we might have your permission to use your picture in our family tree? We will gladly cite both you and Find A Grave as our source for the picture. It would help complete our record for my 4th Great Aunt. Thank you so much for considering it. S

Married 16 Jul 1880 in Collin County, TX to Robert Melton McCarley
I've seen your flowers and know she was related to you.
Do you know where she was buried (cem name, city, county, state)?
She supposedly died circa 1894.
Not my line, was something I came across.

Thank you so much for the transfer of Almena Upton's memorial. I hope to find where her first husband, Elijah is buried. It must be somewhere in Ashtabula County, where they were living at the time of his death.

Barbara. It does not mean he is not buried there. It means that there is not a headstone marking the Graves of both.
