Never mind. :-) I just noticed I had already asked and you already said yes. I just didn't look through my messages enough. Sorry, but I still wish you an amazing day. :-)

Good Morning, I was wondering if you would allow me to use your pictures in our family tree. We gladly cite the taker and Find A Grave on all pictures we don't personally take. Thanks you for considering my request - it would add a lot to our tree. (I do so love bringing all the facts together with a great photo.) Have a wonderful day, and thanks again for considering it. S

Barbara, thanks for the suggestion re. Davidson Cemetery. I'll keep it in mind on our next visit there.

Joseph Peter Davidson was my husband's 3G-uncle, the brother of his 2G-grandmother Nancy Davidson Gibson. My husband's great-grandfather, James Gibson, and his 2G-uncle, John Gibson, left Lawrence Dnty MO to work on their uncle's ranch. We live in the Los Angeles area, and during a car trip in September 2011 we visited the Davidson Cemetery. It was locked! On a future visit, is there a way to open the gates so that we can visit the Davidson graves? We are extremely grateful, though, for the excellent photos of the graves. (Joseph's wife, Nancy, delivered the first child of my husband's great-grasndmother, Martha Hillhouse Gibson Yandell.)

Hello, we were wondering if we might have your permission to use your picture in our family tree? We will gladly cite both you and Find A Grave as our source for the picture. It would help complete our record for my 4th Great Aunt. Thank you so much for considering it. S

I've seen your flowers and know she was related to you.
Do you know where she was buried (cem name, city, county, state)?
She supposedly died circa 1894.
Not my line, was something I came across.

Thank you so much for the transfer of Almena Upton's memorial. I hope to find where her first husband, Elijah is buried. It must be somewhere in Ashtabula County, where they were living at the time of his death.

Barbara. It does not mean he is not buried there. It means that there is not a headstone marking the Graves of both.

Thank you for your polite e-mails. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Things were so hectic in November and December, that I am just getting arround to checking all my e-mails.
Would you like memorials transferred to you. In my bio it states that this is a public service. This is a team effort by the Houston County Historical Commission, Crockett, Texas

Dear Barbara -- this seems to corroborate what my very elderly cousin was saying. . is it possible to scan and send me images of the information you have? This branch of my mother's family is wrought with scandal -- the father of the old cousin I spoke to actually killed his own brother in law for beating his sister. . in 1900. .
My, my.. McGregor Texas in the early days. .

I am researching the Christie family in Texas and have learned recently from a cousin of Willie A. Christie Sanborn's murder, possibly at the hands of a relative, Find A Grave Memorial# 58084140. I note her memorial reports the murder. Do you know where this info came from?
Oh, and Willie was the daughter of William "F" Christie, not William "T" Christie (error in memorial information)
Many thanks for your hard work,
