Hello and thank you!!
Are you related to Mrs. Bieber. Reason my asking, my sister Trish worked for Paul for many years at the Insurance Agency. Unfortunately she came to work one morning to find he had died!! My sister later married and her 1st husband passed away leaving her to raise a small child alone. BUT she did.
Have a great day!!

Thank you for the update on Jennie's birth in Butte County. I know she lived there, but have not been able to find any documentation that she was actually born there. Would you be willing to share your source as to the location of her birth?

Hello again Mandy

I heard back from my contact at the cemetery, and your information of Eva's location is correct. She is buried alongside Flora, but in a unmarked grave.

Sorry that a photo is not possible.

Hello Mandy

I went to the cemetery yesterday in an attempt to find Eva. I did find her sister Flora Rehart, as well as Flora's husband. (Someone already posted those photos), but I could not find Eva. I checked the online records for the cemetery, as well as "Tombfinder", but no record comes up for her. I have a call in to my contact at the cemetery, and hope to hear back from him today. Much of the Time when this happens, it means there is no stone, but the cemetery should confirm wether or not she is there.

Hello Mandy,
I changed the dates, you were right these are 1835 and 1838, plus it looks like the death year was 1886 but next time I am there I will take a look. I inspected the image I took by magnifying it and the birth years were as you thought, there is a 3 in it, not an 8. I conclude they were brothers. I would recommend seeking out the obituaries in the old papers. The Doris Foley Library in Nevada City, run by volunteers, is a wealth of information. The Grass Valley Union and Nevada City Transcript are papers I would look into. For a nominal fee the volunteers can do a search for you. George's death year looks more like 1886, but I'll try to confirm this next time I am there. I don't live in the same county. Here is the library link in case you are interested. I can transfer this memorial to you if you would like.

Ms. Mandy,
A Find A Grave Photo volunteer went out to Forest Lawn Memorial in Glendale to answer my photo request. Ms Miller isn't interred there. They even went to the cemetery office and checked the records. No such name on file. I thought you might want to know so you could correct her memorial to 'unknown' until you have a chance to research her final place of rest.

Hi, Thank you for the edits and obituary for Carrie Belle Bonney (129323357). I have added the obituary to the Bio (giving you credit for finding it). Can you go back to the memorial and remove the obituary as a picture? Thanks

You brought a smile to my face with the WOW! That's a big part of what makes volunteering feel so worthwhile, when you help someone who genuinely appreciates it so much. I'm glad I was able to offer that to you. Joanne

Ms. Mandy, thanks so much for the information on her parents and spouses. I made the links as requested and also added a headstone picture. I apologize for taking so long to do it. I was behind on my Find-a-grave stuff and just missed your request.

Thanks again.

I can't remove the spouse link because it's not coming from my side. I added Frank as you requested, but the other contributor will have to remove the other spouse.

I have no info on her, anything but basic name and date of burial would have come to me from a SAC.

Hope that's helpful

Thanks, Mandy, for the suggestions. I guess I was negligent when I added the memorials to also add their information. This is my father's line. Are you related? If so, maybe we could share information. Thanks. J. Lambert Smith

I guess the information for the above person was entered incorrectly. Between going to take the photo and returning without it, it seems WA Crumptom is now located in Santa Cruz rather than Quincy
