Weiner graves
You were kind to go out and find Harry and Annie Weiner's graves in Lincoln Park in 2010...I had the back of the monument translated and I'm wondering if there were flat footstone or pillow stone grave markers for Harry and Annie as the translation does not include their names.

Long Black Veil
Sarah Elizaberth Crain Nickell
I noticed you left a note at the memorial of Sarah Elizabeth Crain Nickell 1828 - 1902.

I've never found Sarah listed with a middle name, and can you tell me who Sarah Elizabeth Crain Nickell' parents were?

Thank you for any help.

Duplicate memorials?
Dear Ms. Roberts - I have been doing some research on the Fonner family (my mother's maiden name), and in researching graves at Fairfield Cemetery, found two memorials at two different cemeteries which I believe are for the same person.
#76607809 shows Emiline Myers Fonner at Plainfield Cemetery, and 6088485 shows her at Fairfield. I have seen the marker at Fairfield, and I wondered if you could verify which cemetery she is actually buried at? All of your other information jives with mine, so I'm wondering if she had a pre-arranged plot with Mr. Howard at Plainfield, but when he died, and she remarried to Mr. Fonner, if she was then buried at Fairfield.
Your information would certainly be appreciated!

Image of "Uncle Mord"
Please share the original source of the image you've placed on the memorial for Mordecai (1771-1830) - 29860264. There is documented evidence of his son, Mordecai (1808-1867) being called Uncle Mord, both by family and friends.

I have transfer lots of names and don't remember these but I have never asked to transfer a name back. So, if you still want them and they are in my ownership, just make a request and I will be glad to transfer them to you.

The only names I do not transfer are my direct descendants in my Culbertson line. The Nickell and Crain familes do not fall into the catagory.

Sorry for the mix up.

Thomas Lincoln, Jr
Would you mind if I copy your picture of the marker for baby Thomas Lincoln, Jr. for my genealogy project? This is the first time I've heard of the baby.
Thank You,

Stoneking photo
Thank you so much for photo of Elizabeth Stoneking's marker. I note it is broken and suspect the cemetery there is not in good condition. Eight members of her family died within days of each other -- did you see any of the the other stones? If so, let me know who and I'll submit photo request.
Is the burial site easily accessible, and is there a sign to indicate what the current name is?
I appreciate the time you took to locate this and to take such a sharp photo.

I saw that you added the cemetery pics for Day cemetery in Breathitt co. KY. Find a Grave only has 4 internments listed so far. I was wondering if there were more burials besides those listed here.

Marjorie F. Myers
I noticed that this memorial has her surname in the maiden name box. If she was never married, the "Myers" should be listed only in the surname box and not in the maiden name box. As a result, in some searches she is listed as
"----, Marjorie F. Myers"
The four dashes appear because the surname box was empty.

You are very welcome. Gustave is there too. Do you want to create a memorial, or should I? I was very short of time last night or I would have done it then.

Spirit Baker
Here is a wild guess on how you may be able to find those cemeteries. I know there was an ancient one I was trying to find, way off the road and through the woods. I went to the police station and luckily enough I did since I had to let them know I was going there to visit. The had to have the date, time and my license plate number.
Town halls can be difficult but they may be helpful as well as a library that will show ancient cemeteries. That would be an interesting find. Good luck to you. Hope you can find them over the summer.

Do you know if Alderman had a son Eli b abt 1830 died 5 Sept 1864 Petersburg, VA? He moved from NY to CT abt 1858. Eli Baker is listed and has a stone on Find A Grave, buried in CT. No other family has been found around him.
Thank you.

I see you are in Rhode Island
I am in Massachusetts. My lineage starts on Cape Cod before England mostly, Hall and Doane. I have Armstrong that came from Ireland and moved to Rhode Island. And Baker, huge brick wall.
I'm wondering if we have any connecting lines.
Have a nice day and happy hunting,

Parnell Johnson
Hi, I found that there are Johnsons at the East Hill Cemetery but no Parnell but his grave may be under the snow. We are getting another blizzard tonight so it will be a while before all the snow and mud is gone but I will check back. I put 2 more photos of the Cemetery at the East Hill Cem. Site. One automatically went on Parnell's page. The other is a nice close-up of the stonework outside the gate.
