|Margel Soderberg||Barrett Family Cemetery - Cadiz|
I noticed that you have listed two graves in the Barrett Family Cemetery, Arthur and Elizabeth Barrett, but there is no photo of the cemetery. Do you know where the cemetery is located and, if it is on private property, can it be visited? Do you know if their headstones remain?

I noticed you added a picture of Bethel Cemetery to my grandparents page and wanted to add my picture of Virgil Jefferson Wright and Amanda Marilyn Wright headstone to Find A Grave Site, but I do not know how to do this. Can you help me?

Hi Doug: I am currently surveying and photographing a section at Westminster Cemetery. I just added a memorial for a Christena Mumma. The name is so unusual and I noticed you had added a Mumma memorial for the same cemetery. I thought I would give you the heads up on this one in case she is family (perhaps a sister to yours). Chris

|Steven Showers||Edmund C. Briggs' Parnets Pages|
Hello. I have created pages for both Hugh Lackey Briggs and Polly Damon Briggs, Edmunds's parents.
It would be great if you could link Edmund's page with their biography pages (which are quite lengthy). I have also linked Hugh's page and Polly's page with biographies of their parents, so people would be able to follow the links for several generations.
I've been doing genealogy for a decade including Polly and Hugh, my ggg-grandparents thru their son, Peter Conover Briggs (Edmund's brother).

Thank you so much for the photos for Robert. He was one of 53 men from I Troop 3rd Squadron of the 11th Cavalry that was killed in Vietnam. Soon I will have them all back together again where they belong and then my work will be done.

Hi Doug. I was taking photos today at Swedona Lutheran Cemetery and happened to take one of Johan Hast's gravestone. I noticed from your flower he is your great great grandfather. Just wanted to let you know I added another photo to his memorial. Unfortunately, it appears to have broke over the years. If you prefer not to have the pic on his memorial just let me know, or you can also change the photo order. -E.M.

In an effort to get some records updated, several girls and I are taking pictures in Highland cemetery. I thought you would like to know that I have added Jesse and Rosella Spurriers pictures to the memorials that you have put up. They are buried in Block 2, Lot 11. They are just on the left as you enter the main gate at Highland. Sue

Hey Doug, I got the same message regarding Seth's burial location. Same question, do you have a source document showing where he was burried?

Hello Doug, I just received this notice regarding Clara's burial location from Find A Grave:
"They also reported, specifically:Per El Dorado's Cemeteries records, there is no Clara Frazier buried in any of the 3 cemeteries in El Dorado"
Do you have any documentation showing her burial location?

Thank you so much for taking the photo of Effie and her husbands headstones! As I will probably never be in that area, it is terrific to get to see their stones. I really appreciate your time, Christina

And I beg your pardon. Found Lois' burial and the "new" gate. That's what happens when you let "other" outsiders in. LOL! They've been changing things up one side and down the t'other. Tsk. Will think about this and what to do about it. Sandra

|Sandra Wamsley||RE: Walden Cemeteries|
Hi Doug, Nice to hear from you! If you were at the cemetery in town and looked up over the gate, you would have seen the sign "Jackson County Cemetery." It was, after all, meant for the whole county, not just Walden in the early day. And chasing down an obit for someone earlier this spring, there was confirmation that this particular person was buried in "the new Walden cemetery." Otherwise I did not know for sure whether to question the person who began the listings as either Jackson Co. or Walden Cemeteries or whether I was mistaken, but my recollection was that's how it was - counterintuitive. I've lived here 46 years now - can't answer for whomever you talked to in the courthouse. :-) The Wamsleys you found were my husband's parents, his brother Jerry and his uncle Luther (northernmost stone.) The wooden cross between Jerry and their parents was for my husband's g-uncle Jack Davison who died here on the ranch many years ago. Have a good one, but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it! Haven't heard where they changed the names around. Sandra
