"245-year-old tombstone returned to Friedberg"

Moravian. Thought you may be interested in this post from the "The-Dispatch.com" on the son of Martin and Elizabeth Walk. They are my direct line through Jonathan Walk. It was posted on Face Book and the article is very informative.

Edward James Walk
Can you give me information about Edward James Walk. I entered some time ago in Find A Grave Memorial# 97294762 for George R Walk. I'm told that, and do see, on the 1910 census George (Georgio) Walk as a son of Edwrd James. I also see that Edward died in Wilson, near where George lived, but is buried at Sulphur. I do believe this is the correct father for George. If you agree, you have my permission to link George to his father's memorial.
Thank You, LaRita Reynes

Walk/Walck/Wallick
I am a descendant of Hans Michel Walck/Wallick who came to America in 1732 and lived near York,PA. There was also a Detrich Wallick who lived near York, PA at about the same time as Hans Michel Walck/Wallick. I know, via Y-DNA testing, that some current, living Walck's are from the same genetic family as some of the Detrich Wallick line. I am trying to find a male descendant from your Hans Martin Walck/Walk line that may be interested in helping us see if the Hans Martin Walck/Walk line is genetically related to my Hans Michel Wallick line or to the Detrich Wallick's line, or not to either. Would you please let me know if you know of a Walk/Walck male that would be interested in helping us find this out? You can contact me via my e-mail address of scott_wallick@hotmail.com. Thanks

Barbara Walk Frank
We have some common ancestors. My husband is a descendant of Barbara Walk Frank, whose daughter, Barbara, married a Grimes, whose daughter down the line married a Livengood. Livengood is my mother-in-law's mother's maiden name. Am interested in any info you may have.

Thanks for being a part of findagrave!

You have been placing .gif files in the photo section of memorial pages. This is not allowed. Gifs are allowed in the flower section, but *never* in the photo section.

Also, your email address appears to be non-functional.

Thanks.
