|James Weeks||Hardy Family|
Hi, My name is Bobbie Jean Weeks. I am working on my husband's family history. His name is James Douglas Weeks and his 2nd great grandmother is Catherine Noga Persinger Hardy. His relatives are from East Texas.
Do you know how George Madison Persinger Hardy, b. 1818 d. 1909 fits in with James Persinger Hardy?

These two Dorcas Davis Foxworthy memorials do appear to be duplicates. The dates are a little off, though, and the cemeteries are in different locations. I will contact the person who created the dupe and ask him about his. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Find A Grave Memorial #33527860 comes up as not found. Find A Grave Memorial #50624592 is the memorial I created in 2010. Where did the other memorial number come from?

I assume that Mattie is buried in Mississippi. Her youngest daughter was born in Mississippi. On Find a Grave there is a M Todd buried in Mississippi with no dates. But don't know if it is her or not.

I called two of my sister-in-laws sisters and they are pretty sure that is right. Not many of them left, so it better be correct.
Strange family! I can go back to the Civil War on mine. Most of them are in Hopkins County.
Also, wanted to thank you for calling my attention to George Lee (brother) and wife Leota
(Sellars) Flanery. I only knew about William Jewel
or should I say his wife and a few of their children. You have been a tremendous help.

Thank you for the transfers and all the assistance
Without you,I would have never got their names corrected. There was so many of their children with their last names spelled different. My sister-in-laws brother "Fonzie" is the one that signed the death certificates. On her sister's obit, she even has her mother's maiden name different. I appreciate you and your time helping me.

I am in the process of transferring a lot of my memorials to family or Find A Grave. It is getting too much and I would rather family has them than me.

If you are related to Elijah Higginbotham, you may be interested to know I found the parents of Frances Elizabeth Carter Higginbotham.
Her dad's name is Reuben Carter and her mom's name was Adeline Norman. I have not found the parents of Reuben Carter, but there is a lot of information on the Norman family online.
Hope this helps!
Elijah was my 2 ggrandfather.

Other than my Nancy, I don't know, I have added in links to Mildred Posey ( in Rockdale Ga) and Mary Bell ( in Harrison co Tx)They are the only other one's I known. I do believe Sarah (Sally) Key Who died after 1840 before 1850 and married Thomas C Elliott. Is also in this Cemetery. And per their customs It would be logical that Chiles Terrell & wife and some of his children would be there also. Along with Henry Key who died young.
I'm sorry if I came across ruff

It seems like you have removed or had removed Nancy Key Glenn From this Cem. I have been there and there are MANY graves. Also per Jane Glenn Addison Bible. Her Mother Nancy Key Glenn Went back to Ga. for a visit and died there in Elbert Co. and per Nancy's granddaughter( in talking to her grandmother Jane) Nancy is buried with her family. I had a 2nd generation cousin from Nancy who was into Genealogy back in the early 1900's. I'm putting her back in the Key Cem.

May I please have this memorial transferred to me? Jack Smith (53835907) was a much beloved college band director. I have pictures and his son is a friend that can provide proper details. Mr. Smith deserves a grand memorial.
