RE: Birthdate
My daughter originally entered this memorial so I'm not sure where the birth date info originated from. It's a 1 year difference so not sure it's a huge problem.

RE: Helen Hamm
P.S. -- If you contact Prairie Home Cemetery, they may be able to give you more information on Helen's burial record. They won't do it for me because I'm not a direct descendent, but they should have all of the original documents pertaining to her interment.

RE: Helen Hamm
I put a copy of Helen Hamm's obit on her memorial page. It looks like maybe just the funeral took place at the New Berlin Church?

Here's a listing of the burials from the Evangelical and Reformed Church's cemetery:

It looks like there's a Hamm, but not Helen.

Bach Photographs, Prairie Home
Hi Joan --

I got your Bach headstone photos this morning, as well as some obituaries. Also buried in the same plot are several Bach relatives: William Beers, Annie Beers, infant Beers (who turns out to be Wilhelmina Beers), Margaret Kiekhefer, William Kiekhefer, Ella Hadfield and Elizabteh Gendrich. Unfortunately, some of them did not have headstones, but I placed obituaries where I could find them. Also buried in the plot is someone named Helen Hamm. I don't know if she's a relative, but there is no headstone for her. I did, however, find a brief obituary, which I added.

I'm going to transfer to you the memorials I created in order to post the pictures.

Hope this helps in your research!

Kathy

Your welcome, for the attempt to try and find the Goss's. And i will check-out the site you sent, too. And about the where abouts of the cemetery...Yes, i'm positive i went to the correct one, i have been there about 6 times, just this year. The name of the street is called, Clark Street Extention. It's located at the sharp right hand bend, on the left side & on the right is another one, separate, Called the Catholic (something)Cemetery.
