|ruth ann||wrong cemetery|
You entered Perry Meek into a Louder Cemetery, there is no cemetery by that name in Lawrence County. There is a Lowder Cemetery, where you entered his brother several years ago. I first wrote you on July 7, and at that time there was no listing for Perry in Lowder Cemetery, but someone else has entered his name and info in the correct cemetery now. This entry for Louder can be deleted, as ther is not a Louder Cemetery in Lawrence County. Thank you.

|Carol A. Wells||Typo correction:|
I misspelt the family surname in my previous message; I meant Messel, not Messler. Silly fingers of mine got carried away in their typing skills (or lack thereof).

|Carol A. Wells||Messler family of Bicknell, Knox County, Indiana|
According to my side, in researching family trees/connection, Everett Messler, son of Charles Messler/Elizabeth Green, married Elizabeth (Ann) Wampler in 1932 (Vigo County). According to Elizabeth's parents (Royal Edward Wampler/Goldena Gilmore) 1940 US Census they had a 7 year granddaughter, Sue Messler, living with them. However, according to Elizabeth Wampler's brother's (Royal Franklin Wampler) marriage application - he listed both parents being deceased in 1941. I don't know what happened to Elizabeth, after 1932, or her daughter, after 1940. Wondering if the daughter, Susie, mentioned on Everett Messler's memorial page (# 5609114) is the daughter of him and Elizabeth Wampler mentioned in the 1940 census?

|Julia Young||Find A Grave|
You are quite welcome. I too am not out there taking photos anymore. I love doing it and it gives me good exercise but the cost of gas to and from just does not fit into my ting SS budget any more. Find A Grave has been a true blessing to so many who are searching for family, I just love it. Thanks to this site I was united with a niece and nephew I had been searching for for many years. When someone else saw the memorial or my brother it turned out he worked with my nephew who had not seen his father since maybe age 3. I was able to pass on all my family history to them along with a flag from the casket of their grandfather who was killed in WWII at age 23. Bless you Leota or the work you have done.

The information you posted for Larry Lark in 2005, is nice but not completely accurate. I would appreciate a change in that, please.

Memorial# 23595075 for Jimmie K Wright
Birth: Feb. 4, 1935, Linton, Greene Co., IN
Death: Dec. 27, 2007, Linton, Greene Co., In.
I just came across this site with a picture of Mr. Wright. I would be most anxious to talk to a relative regarding this person. His obituary indicates " He was preceded in death by a brother, PHILBERT "FIB" WRIGHT.
I am related to the Wright Family of Maryland, NC and later Greene Co., IN and have researched this family for some years. The name 'Philbert Wright' appears MANY times in this family history - since early America 1600's. I've come to find out if the name 'Philbert' appears, the person is related to my family line. In no other Wright family does this particular name exist.
Do you know anyone in the family who would be kind enough to talk to me about family history?
Please feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
