Whitt Cemetery
Barbara, I'm really not sure about the Whitt cemetery as to what county it's in, but a Peggy Short started the memorials back in 2005. However, my husband is from Buchanan and just told me that it's in Buchannan county. I will go look at a map and get back to you....paula

I am not sure what to post for this memorial page. It doesn't appear that their is one for sure match that should be used here.

It may be better to use the picture from the rest of the Noble family and leave this blank until more information may be discovered.

Also found Franklin A. Noble, Margaret Noble, Jessie, Pauline and Harry noble if you are interested. Create a memorial page and request a photo then I will know the pages are done and ready for a picture.

RE: Photo's
Thank you for your note. I took over 200 photos at Greenhills last week. I'm trying to post about 20 a day. I also work fulltime (last week was vacation) plus I'm working on a book. Keep watch - hopefully I got the photos that people need.

RE: John Worthen #5380893
Thank you for making the change so quickly. I noticed your note on his memorial about the name "John." I did blow-up the picture of the cross marking the grave and you can make out that it says "Infant John Worthen," but the John is very hard to see, since it is faded. Odd that the death certificate doesn't list the name.
Thanks again,

Good morning, I suggested some edits for this baby, but have had some instances where they never made it through . I located his death certificate and was hoping you would link this tiny child to his parents. Mom is Cora Worthen #5380936 and father Frank Worthen #5380933. Thank you for your help.

RE: Father Brownell
I usually photograph all sides of a monument.

Father is on the same monument as Elnathan P. Brownell and wife Harriet.

On other sides are Elnora P. Brownell (young daughter) and Annie Brownell, wife of Rev. T. N. Owen

I did a book for the Oswego Public Library several years ago - and worked off the cemetery records. The caretaker is Keith Drinkall and it appears they don't have a record of a burial for him there.

Daniel Brownell
Currently visiting in Oswego, IL (I grew up here) and was at the cemetery yesterday taking care of the summer cleaning of my parents and brother's grave. Daniel D. Brownell is listed on his mother's stone:
Maria A Burr, mother of Daniel D. Alexander Brownell born:1-22-1911 died: 2-19-1896

But no stone for Daniel.

There is a stone for Alexander, son of D & M Brownell, but the stone was broken and repaired and you can't read the date of death, but it looks like aged 11 yrs
