Rose Hills grave site in Whittier, CA
I noticed you've been at Rosé Hills in Whittier CA. I understand why there are very few records on Find A Grave of interments because of the quantities of graves, but do you know of anyone that will go and take a picture of a memorial? Plot number is not known. I have an uncle that was buried there in 1997.

ARNSTEIN
Thank you for the burial cemetery for this memorial. I have left the memorial name under JULIUS ARNSTEIN and added at the top of the memorial that he is buried under the name of Jules Arnold. If you have a headstone photo, I would so much appreciate you adding if. If not, I will request a photo. Thank you again..

RE: Spreckels
thanks--- the weird thing is that I am sure I have seen it in my travels but the map of that section only show lots going up to 176. Odd that it is one shy of what I am looking for!

take care

Jeffery Hunter
Dear Scott,
I really like the memoral on Jeff, he's a huges favorite of mine, especiallythe movie King of Kings, which I feel he was born to play, as a result of finding this I added my mum, and I think it's a wonderful way for people who can't get to the cemetary to visit their loved ones online and pay their respects and love. Blessings to you, regards Annamaria.

About Eric Campbell's cenotaph
Dear Scott, on 04/10/2000, you posted Eric Campbell's cenotaph (marker), and his bio mentions its in section H. Any chance you can tell me more about it? Section H's pretty big... as Eric Campbell was! :-) Thanks in advance. Michel, a French silent pictures fan visiting LA next April

Virginia Cherrill father James Edward Cherrill
James Edward Cherrill and step mother
Katherine L. Rapp Cherrill of Denver Co.
Was put on Find A Grave yesterday.
James Edward Cherrill is connected with his
mother July August Cherrill which is connected
to her father George Edmunds born 1822
died 1913 of Carthage Illinois Hancock County.
Is their a way of connecting or putting info
that James Edward Cherrill is Virginia Cherrill
father on her page?

RE: Re: Frank Joyce
I don't think I quite understand. Do you mean that when you put a person up as famious, they no longer can be conected to their family? I really would like to know because, I don't think that is quite fair. No history, just them. Must be lonely at the top.

Family Of Frank Joyce
Do you think there is a way to connect Frank with his sister and mother. His sister was Alice Joyce, a silent movie star and she is buried with their mother as San Fernanco Mission Cemetery, Mission Hills, California. They are on my family tree but not on my direct line. Still, they did have family even if people thought they were famous.

RE: Tommy Moe Raft
I am not at all sure if this is original burial spot or not. I was searching for Russ Morgan who is right in front of Tommy. Russ Morgan is listed at Palm Desert, which causes a little confusion.

Richard Hilton
RE: Elias J. Baldwin
Thanks for your response. Actually, my research about his second wife says, Mary Cochrane, (not Mollie McCarthy") whom he married in 1869 and divorced in 1875. This is according to the C.B. Glasscock biography, "Lucky Baldwin: The Story of an Unconventional Success". Also, I have never heard of Jennie Dexter being called "Jane" or the middle initial "V." Can you site the source of your information for these two facts. I only want to be accurate about this. Thanks much. Richard

Elias J. Baldwin
On the site, there is a photo of "Lucky" Baldwin's mausoleum, then another photo of the interior with his name on a marker and next to him we see "Jane V." Who is Jane V.? I can't figure out what member of the family that would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Richard

Someone Who Cares...
Watts Tower Builder / Grave
Just a note of appreciation for your having found and photographed the wonderful tombstone of the creator of 'The Watts Towers'. I love them! The first time I got to go to Calif, I wanted to see that artwork more than to go to Disneyland.

Thank you for caring and sharing.
