Hello. Sarah is my 4th great-grandmother. THANK YOU for finding her! I'm still looking for her husband, John W. Burndidge who died 5 years before she did in Alabama.
Her memorial # is: 32994744
Would you mind transferring her to me so that I can link her with her children and provide census data, etc. for other researchers?
THANK YOU SO MUCH! It is like discovering a treasure when we finally find our long-lost relatives. What you do is truly a blessing.

You might contact the University of West Florida, Archeology Department to see if their ground radar scan picked up unmarked graves within this family plot.

|Claire||Agnes Ainsworth in St Michael's Cemetery, Pensacola.|
The University of West Florida's Archeology Department conducted a survey of the cemetery a few years ago. In addition to repairing and photographing all the markers and tombs, they also used ground penetrating radar (GPR) to locate unmarked graves. In addition to locating graves, the GPR also located old roads and streams that went through the cemetery. I believe they did a very thorough job. Unfortunately, their website does not list any information on the baby, Agnes's grave. It may be unmarked either because the stone was broken and possibly removed at some point or because there was no marker. We did find the graves of her mother, Agnes and father, George, in the Ainsworths' family plot. There are a couple of spots in the plot that are possibly where Agnes is buried. We are posting photos of the plot, to fulfill your photo request. We are sorry we could not have been more help.

I added a photo to his memorial page, as you can tell by the photo that section is being renovated. I will replace the photo when the work is completed. It will take several weeks for the section to be completed.

Drumright: THANK YOU, a whole bunch, for these two photos of the Staires. I had a tough time 'confirming the cemetery' as city could not confirm. A minister at the interment finally helped me. The photos are just great, and I don't know when I've been more appreciative for photos. winnie
