I have a question about Briscoe Cemetery (Highland Twp. Lewis County, Missouri). Is anything in this cemetery able to be seen? I'm assuming with the lack of pictures you have only been able to document from records. (I'm directly related to George Washington and Mary Ross Ashcraft LaRue.) Thank for all that you do. Sarah

My pleasure. Thanks so much for sending the additional information - I do appreciate it and certainly appreciate the extra follow-up on the source. I try to specify sources whenever possible. Have a great day!

I made a note of the couple you asked about. I will go to the library as soon as I can and see what I can find for you.

Came to the conclusion that there are two known cemeteries on McGlone Creek Road. The Owen McGlone Cemetery, which I visited today, and it was incomplete. Found Owen McGlone (1777-1867), could be our William "Owen" McGlone". William is supposed to be the first McGlone to settle in KY. The other cemetery I have photographed down the road is the McGlone Creek Cemetery. I have not found William McGlone's farm and Google Maps do not show a cemetery toward the end of McGlone Creek Road. I added photographs to the Owen McGlone Cemetery.

The dates haven't been changed on Mary L. Coe. So find a grave doesn't know they're the same person. Good luck with your family search.....Susan

Ruth McFerrin Williams Lockhart and Glenna G. Williams in this cemetery are two of the children of Henry Pascal Williams and Martha H. McKeever Williams.
