Thanks a whole lot.
I left a msg asking if they could ascertain the correct spelling and notify Oakie.
Good suggestion to link them. Sometimes I forget to ask.
How did you ever find the Center marker??? Did you clear the weeds?

Thank you for trying to photograph the gravestone of my cousin Daisy. How strange that there is one for her husband and son, but not for her! I did note on her memorial page that no marker could be found in 2015 so no one else will be sent on a wild goose chase! Thanks again for your efforts.

Dustin, Thank You. I appreciate your time spent on this family's history, greatly.
Samuel G McColloch is my 2nd great-grandfather.
I was able to link Samuel L and Emma "Beason" McColloch; they are son and daughter in-law of Sam G and Mary Ellen. They had a son named Samuel O. McColloch.
Leonard Rudolph is the second husband of Sam G and Mary Ellens' granddaughter. But I have not yet found or created a link for her to link to...
We've looked at my 2nd great grandparents' portraits in my father's home for over 50 years and were not certain how they were related until recently. I get to visit my Dad next week, he will be Thrilled with what you have found.
Thank you for finding these missing pieces, and for bringing more peace to this mystery for us.

I used the edit function for my suggestions. I got the info from the 1920 (niece) & 1925 (parents) Federal Iowa Census records on Ancestry

Thank you for taking the time to take my request. I saw a photo of his tombstone on Ancestry.com. It was tall and name but no dates. I'm no longer a member of Ancestry so I can't go back and ask permission to use the photo. Do you know of anyway to find out if the stone was removed? This was a father of 5 children and he left home one day and never returned. Over the years many relatives have looked for him. I found this cemetery location and the photo of his tombstone on Ancestry. I appreciate your time and Thank you for being a photo volunteer for Find A Grave.
Best Wishes, Jenevia

Thank you for the photo!! It looks as if Hottentots have been running rampant in the cemetery...? What a shame.

Thanks, Dusty, for the marker photo. All Duvalls on that lot are photo'd now.
I emailed OMG for any database info. There are no lot/sections on any of the family.
I appreciate all you do when you enter info on the pages, too.

|Greg B||RE: William O Speer|
Thanks. I made the memorial off the Iowa record, but it's possible it may not be the person I thought it was. Maybe the one you found. I may have to delete this memorial based on that. I will wait to see if you find anything first. Thanks again.

|Greg B||William O Speer|
I appreciate you taking time to go out and photograph the headstone for me. However, this is not the same William O Speer as the listed memorial. If you got the location of this headstone from the lot number listed, I apologize. This came from an Iowa Cemetery Records listing. This could possibly be a child as the age difference is over 50 years. Even a chance of grandchild. Unfortunately I don't have any further records to go on. Do you know if there were any other William Speer's listed there?
